利豐模式對(duì)寧波加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈實(shí)踐的啟示

【摘要】:供應(yīng)鏈管理作為一種管理模式,可以幫助企業(yè)優(yōu)化流程、提高效率、改善與合作伙伴關(guān)系、建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟關(guān)系、調(diào)整資源配置方案、專注發(fā)展核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、引入信息技術(shù)和進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)搜集等,目前已取得世界范圍內(nèi)的普遍認(rèn)可,并在以貿(mào)易、零售為典型代表的許多行業(yè)普遍采用。 寧波加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)以傳統(tǒng)中小企業(yè)為主,數(shù)量眾多、規(guī)模較小,但又占據(jù)了地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的較大比重。從2001年起,寧波地區(qū)加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)開始嘗試引入供應(yīng)鏈管理思路以驅(qū)動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,政府與部分企業(yè)均采取了相關(guān)措施促進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈管理模式的引入,目前主要有三類加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)正通過供應(yīng)鏈管理模式開展業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)。但是,由于引入時(shí)間不長(zhǎng),寧波地區(qū)加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中,已引入供應(yīng)鏈模式的企業(yè)均存在不同程度的問題,例如核心企業(yè)國(guó)際化品牌程度低,沒有發(fā)揮供應(yīng)鏈管理者的作用,中小企業(yè)由于管理理念落后,信息化程度不高,,難以將供應(yīng)鏈核心理念在企業(yè)當(dāng)中很好的應(yīng)用,這些問題困擾著寧波加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈活動(dòng)向更高水平推進(jìn)。 利豐集團(tuán)供應(yīng)鏈管理模式已發(fā)展多年,為多個(gè)行業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)和模仿,利豐模式下的供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作,主要成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)是專注于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游打造核心業(yè)務(wù),從生產(chǎn)成本之外獲取額外利潤(rùn)等。借鑒利豐集團(tuán)供應(yīng)鏈管理成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),寧波加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)首先應(yīng)該明確定位,在供應(yīng)鏈上的核心企業(yè)、參與企業(yè)以及集成供應(yīng)商三個(gè)角色中選擇適合自己的角色,并根據(jù)這一定位,選擇與自身相符合的供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作模式。
[Abstract]:As a management model, supply chain management can help enterprises optimize their processes, improve their efficiency, improve their relationship with partners, establish strategic alliances, adjust resource allocation schemes, and focus on developing core competitiveness. The introduction of information technology and data collection has been widely recognized in the world, and widely used in many industries represented by trade and retail. Ningbo processing trade enterprises are mainly traditional small and medium-sized enterprises. They are numerous in number and small in scale, but they also occupy a large proportion of the regional economy. Since 2001, Ningbo processing trade enterprises began to try to introduce supply chain management to drive the development of industry, the government and some enterprises have taken relevant measures to promote the introduction of supply chain management model. At present, there are mainly three types of processing trade enterprises developing business activities through the supply chain management mode. However, due to the short introduction time, in the supply chain practice of Ningbo processing trade enterprises, The enterprises that have introduced the supply chain mode have some problems, such as the low level of international brand of core enterprises, the lack of the role of supply chain managers, the low level of informatization of SMEs due to the backward management concept. It is difficult to apply the core concept of supply chain to enterprises, which puzzles the supply chain activities of Ningbo processing trade enterprises to a higher level. Li & Fung Group supply chain management model has been developed for many years, for many industries to learn and imitate, Li & Fung mode under the supply chain operation, the main successful experience is to focus on the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to build core business, Draw lessons from Li & Fung Group's successful experience in supply chain management, Ningbo processing trade enterprises should first clearly position themselves as the core enterprises in the supply chain. In the three roles of participating enterprise and integrated supplier, the suitable role is chosen, and according to this position, the supply chain operation mode is chosen.
