【摘要】:企業(yè)ERP,英文全稱Enterprise Resource Planning,是與現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理相關的一種系統(tǒng)性的理念、思路,及其發(fā)展起來的軟件,其中融合了計算機技術和當代企業(yè)管理模式,在當前競爭日益激烈的國內(nèi)外市場條件下,ERP為企業(yè)的日常管理和發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了顯著的推動作用,也是國內(nèi)眾多企業(yè)實現(xiàn)信息化和工業(yè)化的有效途徑。本文是以Z公司ERP項目為背景,對企業(yè)中的的ERP系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃和實施方法進行了探討和研究。本文首先對ERP相關的概念和核心思想進行了闡述歸納,介紹了流程制造業(yè)ERP特性和實施方法、步驟。接著本文以有色金屬行業(yè)為背景,對其應用ERP的需求進行了分析。然后,對企業(yè)建設ERP系統(tǒng)的相關工作,包括了數(shù)據(jù)庫規(guī)劃、業(yè)務需求分析、系統(tǒng)目標實現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)功能規(guī)劃、系統(tǒng)選型等進行了研究。論文圍繞Z公司ERP系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃和實施,進行了Z公司ERP項目系統(tǒng)的需求分析和系統(tǒng)選型。本文根據(jù)對企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略思想以及行業(yè)前景的分析,對Z公司的業(yè)務流程進行需求分析和問題歸納,并以此為依據(jù)為公司的ERP系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建提出了目標,最終完成了對Z公司ERP系統(tǒng)的總體框架的規(guī)劃、系統(tǒng)功能的規(guī)劃、業(yè)務流程的再造、優(yōu)化等過程。Z公司的企業(yè)資源計劃會涉及到多種業(yè)務,包括企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量控制、人力資源管理、供應鏈、采購管理、生產(chǎn)管理、銷售、財務管理等系統(tǒng)。本文以探討及實施ERP系統(tǒng)的具體解決方案以實現(xiàn)企業(yè)管理水平的提升,對于類似有色金屬企業(yè)進行ERP系統(tǒng)的建設有一定的參考。
[Abstract]:ERP (Enterprise Resource planning) is a systematic idea, train of thought and developed software related to modern enterprise management, which combines computer technology and modern enterprise management mode. Under the increasingly competitive domestic and international market conditions, ERP has played a significant role in promoting the daily management and development of enterprises. It is also an effective way for many domestic enterprises to realize informatization and industrialization. This paper is based on the ERP project of Z Company. The planning and implementation methods of ERP system in enterprises are discussed and studied. Firstly, the concepts and core ideas of ERP are summarized, and the characteristics and implementation methods of ERP in process manufacturing industry are introduced. Next, this paper analyzes the requirements of the application of ERP in the nonferrous metal industry. Then, the related work of building ERP system in enterprises, including database planning, business requirement analysis, system goal realization, is analyzed. The system function planning, system selection and so on are studied. This paper focuses on the ERP system planning and implementation of Z Company. The requirement analysis and system selection of ERP project system of Z Company are carried out. According to the analysis of the strategic thought and industry prospect of the enterprise, the business process of Z Company is analyzed and the problems are summarized. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the goal of constructing ERP system of the company, and finally completes the planning of the overall frame of ERP system, the planning of system function and the reengineering of business process of Z Company. Optimization process. Z's ERP will involve a variety of businesses, including product and production quality control, human resource management, supply chain, procurement management, production management, sales, This paper discusses and implements the concrete solution of ERP system in order to realize the improvement of enterprise management level, which has a certain reference for the construction of ERP system in similar nonferrous metal enterprises.
