基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的智慧工廠實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日趨激烈和信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的制造方式和管理方式制約了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率水平的提高。企業(yè)為了提高自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力已經(jīng)做了大量的企業(yè)管理信息化、自動(dòng)化等方面的工作,而物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展為這一工作帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇。應(yīng)用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)將制造企業(yè)工廠內(nèi)的各個(gè)單元整合到一起,能夠?qū)S內(nèi)加工情況的進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)地監(jiān)控、對(duì)產(chǎn)品的加工情況實(shí)時(shí)地追蹤、協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和原料庫(kù)存以及成品庫(kù)存三者的情況,有效地提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率和管理水平,這就是智慧工廠。本文介紹了智慧工廠的研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。根據(jù)智慧工廠的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)流程、企業(yè)物流供應(yīng)鏈流程和學(xué)校教學(xué)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備的要求,對(duì)智慧工廠實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,并對(duì)智慧工廠實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的整體規(guī)劃;對(duì)智慧工廠實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)部分單元中應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),如RFID技術(shù)和AGV小車的路徑規(guī)劃等進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用研究。以Visual C++作為系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)工具,SQL Server作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā),并對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)完成的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition and the rapid development of information technology, traditional manufacturing and management methods restrict the improvement of production efficiency of enterprises. In order to improve their competitiveness, enterprises have done a lot of enterprise management information. The development of Internet of things (IOT) technology has brought new opportunities for this work. The application of IOT technology to the integration of the various units in the factory of manufacturing enterprises can monitor the processing situation in the factory in real time. Tracking the processing of the products in real time, coordinating the production plan and stock of raw materials and finished products, effectively improving the production efficiency and management level of the enterprise, This is the wisdom factory. This paper introduces the present research situation and the development trend of the wisdom factory. According to the characteristics of the wisdom factory, combining the production process of the enterprise, the logistics supply chain flow of the enterprise and the school teaching to the laboratory, The requirement of the experiment equipment is analyzed, and the design of the function module and the whole plan of the experiment platform are carried out. The key technologies applied in some units of the intelligent factory experimental platform, such as RFID technology and path planning of AGV trolley, are studied in this paper. The system is designed and developed with Visual C as the system development tool and SQL Server as the backstage database. And the system completed by the development of the test.
