【摘要】：近幾年來,我國生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場頻繁出現(xiàn)失衡,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價格多次出現(xiàn)劇烈波動。生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品終端價格波動的根本原因是供需不平衡,使供應(yīng)鏈整體不協(xié)調(diào)。對于生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,由于其本身性質(zhì)導(dǎo)致其容易腐壞變質(zhì),生長周期也比較長,從而使其供應(yīng)鏈更難協(xié)調(diào)。如何穩(wěn)定生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品終端價格,這是國家、農(nóng)民以及消費(fèi)者都十分關(guān)注的問題。 首先,本文從儲備的角度出發(fā),根據(jù)國家相關(guān)政策和鄭州市現(xiàn)行的儲備制度,擬對鄭州市生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品提出相關(guān)的補(bǔ)貼制度。因?yàn)閮淇梢詽M足生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供給和需求波動這一特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行豐儲淡放,從而使得生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的價格更加穩(wěn)定,而政府對生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行補(bǔ)貼可以保證儲備的順利進(jìn)行。 然后,本文考慮生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的易腐蝕特點(diǎn),借鑒庫存論的思想,建立了生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品儲備成本模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品補(bǔ)貼模型。 最后,本文嘗試通過對生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品補(bǔ)貼模型進(jìn)行案例分析,來討論擬提出的補(bǔ)貼制度中存在的不足,針對不足進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。這不僅豐富了生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈管理理論,也為制定生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品補(bǔ)貼制度提供了參考依據(jù),具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the market of fresh agricultural products in our country has been out of balance frequently, and the price of agricultural products has fluctuated sharply many times. The fundamental reason for the fluctuation of terminal price of fresh agricultural products is the imbalance of supply and demand, which makes the whole supply chain uncoordinated. Because of its nature, it is easy to decay and deteriorate, and the growth cycle is longer, which makes it more difficult to coordinate its supply chain. How to stabilize the terminal price of fresh agricultural products is a problem that the country, farmers and consumers are very concerned about. First of all, from the perspective of reserve, according to the relevant national policies and Zhengzhou City's current reserve system, It is proposed to put forward a relevant subsidy system for fresh agricultural products in Zhengzhou. Because the reserve can meet the characteristics of the fluctuation of supply and demand of fresh agricultural products, it is necessary to store fresh agricultural products in abundance and fade away, thus making the prices of fresh agricultural products more stable. And the government to fresh agricultural products subsidies can ensure the smooth development of reserves. Then, considering the corrosion characteristics of fresh agricultural products and referring to the thought of inventory theory, the model of reserve cost of fresh agricultural products is established, and on this basis, the subsidy model of fresh agricultural products is constructed. Finally, this paper attempts to discuss the deficiencies of the proposed subsidy system by case study on the model of fresh agricultural products subsidy, which not only enriches the supply chain management theory of fresh agricultural products, but also adjusts the deficiencies. It also provides the reference basis for establishing the subsidy system of fresh agricultural products, which has practical significance.
