【摘要】:供應(yīng)商管理是供應(yīng)鏈管理的重要內(nèi)容之一。對(duì)于外貿(mào)采購(gòu)型公司來(lái)說(shuō),企業(yè)的主要業(yè)務(wù)是根據(jù)客戶要求進(jìn)行物料的采購(gòu),所以高水平的供應(yīng)商管理能力不但可以提高客戶滿意度,還有助于提高供應(yīng)商對(duì)需求的響應(yīng)敏捷性,從而保證公司的采購(gòu)質(zhì)量,降低采購(gòu)成本,最終達(dá)到增強(qiáng)外貿(mào)采購(gòu)公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),提高其在供應(yīng)鏈中地位的目的。 本文以外貿(mào)行業(yè)中的A外貿(mào)采購(gòu)公司為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)外貿(mào)行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及A公司的業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行剖析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了A公司在供應(yīng)商管理上面臨采購(gòu)成本過(guò)高、供貨產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定和供應(yīng)商交貨不及時(shí)三個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題。然后,運(yùn)用供應(yīng)商管理相關(guān)理論方法,從供應(yīng)商選擇和評(píng)價(jià)、供應(yīng)商分類以及供應(yīng)商發(fā)展三個(gè)角度對(duì)上述問(wèn)題進(jìn)行原因分析。最后,提出了優(yōu)化供應(yīng)商的選擇與評(píng)價(jià)制度、優(yōu)化供應(yīng)商分類管理以及改進(jìn)公司供應(yīng)商發(fā)展和管理制度等三方面的對(duì)策建議,以期A外貿(mào)采購(gòu)公司能通過(guò)自身供應(yīng)商管理的優(yōu)化來(lái)改進(jìn)采購(gòu)成本、質(zhì)量和交期方面的績(jī)效指標(biāo),最終增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Supplier management is one of the important contents of supply chain management. For foreign trade purchasing companies, the main business of enterprises is to purchase materials according to the requirements of customers. Therefore, a high level of supplier management ability can not only improve customer satisfaction, but also improve the responsiveness of suppliers to demand, thereby ensuring the quality of the company's procurement and reducing procurement costs. Finally, the purpose of strengthening the competitive advantage of the foreign trade purchasing company and improving its position in the supply chain is achieved. This paper takes A foreign trade purchasing company in the foreign trade industry as the research object, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of foreign trade industry and the business situation of A company, it points out that company A faces too high purchasing cost in supplier management. There are three problems: the instability of the product quality and the untimely delivery of the supplier. Then, the selection and evaluation of the supplier is carried out from the supplier selection and evaluation by using the relevant theories and methods of supplier management. The causes of the above problems are analyzed from the three angles of supplier classification and supplier development. Finally, the selection and evaluation system of optimized supplier is put forward. To optimize the supplier classification management and improve the company's supplier development and management system, so that A foreign trade procurement company can improve the procurement cost through the optimization of its own supplier management. Quality and delivery of performance indicators, and ultimately enhance the competitiveness of the market.
