【摘要】：依據(jù)全國(guó)15省591份農(nóng)戶(hù)的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建了農(nóng)戶(hù)參與"農(nóng)超對(duì)接"滿(mǎn)意度的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,并分析了其內(nèi)在作用機(jī)制。研究結(jié)果表明:農(nóng)戶(hù)參與"農(nóng)超對(duì)接"的滿(mǎn)意度可以通過(guò)農(nóng)戶(hù)動(dòng)機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)、農(nóng)戶(hù)抱怨與農(nóng)戶(hù)忠誠(chéng)3個(gè)觀測(cè)變量反映;外因潛變量(感知質(zhì)量、外部環(huán)境、感知價(jià)值)對(duì)農(nóng)戶(hù)參與"農(nóng)超對(duì)接"的滿(mǎn)意度有顯著正向影響,其中感知質(zhì)量對(duì)其影響最大,外部環(huán)境次之;外因潛變量之間存在相互影響;潛變量的各個(gè)觀測(cè)變量均對(duì)其產(chǎn)生顯著影響,但影響程度不同。據(jù)此,文中提出了提高農(nóng)戶(hù)參與"農(nóng)超對(duì)接"滿(mǎn)意度的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 591 peasant households in 15 provinces of China, the structural equation model of the satisfaction degree of farmers' participation in "agricultural super docking" was established. The results show that the satisfaction degree of farmers' participation in "peasant super docking" can be realized through farmers' motivation, and the observation variables of farmers' complaints and farmers' loyalty reflect the external factor latent variables (perceived quality). External environment, perceived value) has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of farmers' participation in "agricultural super docking", in which perceived quality has the greatest impact, and external environment is the second. Each observation variable of latent variable has a remarkable influence on it, but the degree of influence is different. Accordingly, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction degree of farmers' participation in "agricultural super docking".
