【摘要】：全球化的發(fā)展,使得供應(yīng)鏈的復(fù)雜程度越來越高；供應(yīng)鏈運營環(huán)境的不確定性等因素,使得供應(yīng)鏈更容易受到突發(fā)風(fēng)險的影響。汽車供應(yīng)鏈的節(jié)點企業(yè)數(shù)量多和節(jié)點企業(yè)之間業(yè)務(wù)聯(lián)系緊密的特點,致使汽車供應(yīng)鏈成為結(jié)構(gòu)最復(fù)雜的供應(yīng)鏈之一。全球化的采購策略、零部件的通用化等因素使得汽車供應(yīng)鏈脆弱性增強、風(fēng)險種類多樣化。因此,本文以汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險為研究對象,旨在研究風(fēng)險在汽車供應(yīng)鏈中的傳播機理以及各個參數(shù)對汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險傳播的影響,依據(jù)傳播機理特征提出汽車供應(yīng)鏈的風(fēng)險控制措施,為汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險研究提供一定參考價值。本文主要從以下幾個方面進(jìn)行研究：1、通過分析已有的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,了解最新的理論研究成果,對現(xiàn)有的研究進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),找出汽車供應(yīng)鏈存在的主要風(fēng)險因素,并對汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險的控制理論進(jìn)行研究。2、通過研究疾病傳播理論并結(jié)合汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險傳播特點,構(gòu)建改進(jìn)的SIR模型。定義供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險傳播過程中的傳染率和恢復(fù)率概念,并給出具體的量化公式。3、通過研究證據(jù)理論,解決多源風(fēng)險傳播問題。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險傳播與節(jié)點企業(yè)的度、風(fēng)險類型、風(fēng)險爆發(fā)時序、初始感染的節(jié)點企業(yè)數(shù)量等因素有關(guān),例如：風(fēng)險類型的不同導(dǎo)致汽車供應(yīng)鏈中傳染率、恢復(fù)率不同,影響傳播速度；企業(yè)的度、初始感染的節(jié)點企業(yè)數(shù)量不同,會影響傳播范圍�？傻贸鼋Y(jié)論：當(dāng)核心企業(yè)成為免疫節(jié)點時,風(fēng)險在汽車供應(yīng)鏈的傳播能得到有效控制,因而增強核心節(jié)點企業(yè)的風(fēng)險免疫能力,可以減弱風(fēng)險的傳播效應(yīng)。根據(jù)汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險的傳播機理,本文提出了汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險控制的整體性、動態(tài)性等控制原則,根據(jù)各個階段的汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險階段的特點提出了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略與文化風(fēng)險控制、零部件采購風(fēng)險控制等階段控制措施,并從企業(yè)自身、合作企業(yè)等方面提出了汽車供應(yīng)鏈整體的風(fēng)險控制措施,達(dá)到對汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險控制的目的。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, the complexity of supply chain is becoming more and more high, and the uncertainty of supply chain operation environment, It makes the supply chain more vulnerable to the impact of sudden risks. The automobile supply chain is characterized by the large number of node enterprises and the close business relationship between the node enterprises. As a result, automobile supply chain becomes one of the most complicated supply chains. The global purchasing strategy, the generalization of parts and other factors make the automobile supply chain more vulnerable and diversified. This paper takes the risk of automobile supply chain as the research object, aims to study the spread mechanism of risk in automobile supply chain and the influence of each parameter on the risk propagation of automobile supply chain, and puts forward the risk control measures of automobile supply chain according to the characteristics of transmission mechanism. This article mainly carries on the research from the following several aspects to carry on the research: 1, through the analysis existing domestic and foreign research present situation, understands the newest theory research result, carries on the summary to the existing research, Find out the main risk factors of automobile supply chain, and study the control theory of automobile supply chain risk. By studying disease spread theory and combining the characteristics of automobile supply chain risk transmission, This paper constructs an improved SIR model, defines the concepts of contagion rate and recovery rate in the process of risk transmission in supply chain, and gives a specific quantitative formula .3.Through studying the evidence theory, the problem of multi-source risk propagation is solved. The risk propagation of automobile supply chain is related to the degree of node enterprise, the type of risk, the time sequence of risk outbreak, the number of nodal enterprises initially infected, etc. For example, different risk types lead to different infection rate and recovery rate in automobile supply chain. It can be concluded that when the core enterprise becomes the immune node, the risk can be effectively controlled in the automobile supply chain. Therefore, enhancing the risk immunity ability of the core node enterprises can weaken the spreading effect of risk. According to the communication mechanism of automobile supply chain risk, this paper puts forward the control principles such as integrity and dynamics of automobile supply chain risk control. According to the characteristics of each stage of automobile supply chain risk stage, the paper puts forward the control measures of enterprise strategy and culture risk control, parts purchasing risk control and so on, and from the enterprise itself, In order to achieve the purpose of risk control of automobile supply chain, cooperative enterprises put forward the risk control measures of automobile supply chain as a whole.
