【摘要】：隨著北京城市化進程的加快、經濟的發(fā)展，垃圾圍城成為我們日常生活中較為關注的話題。而餐廚垃圾作為城市生活垃圾的一種，因為其含水量大、有機質含量高，具有易腐性、易臭性、污染性、致病性等特點，其處理已經成為備受重視的社會問題。 隨著科學技術的發(fā)展，一些企業(yè)通過資源化、無害化的方式處理餐廚垃圾，并將產生出的資源化產品進行銷售獲取利潤，形成餐廚垃圾處理產業(yè)。然而該產業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中面臨供應鏈物流問題。 本文首先通過分析北京城市餐廚垃圾處理供應鏈物流各個環(huán)節(jié)現(xiàn)狀，得出前端收集質量低且存貯容器不統(tǒng)一、中端無法收到足夠餐廚垃圾且單位運輸成本高、終端處理耗能高且處理和運輸節(jié)奏不匹配、末端資源化產品價格高且銷售渠道狹窄等問題。然后以G公司為例，，結合海淀區(qū)擬建設的西二旗餐廚垃圾處理廠，從如何發(fā)揮餐廚垃圾處理企業(yè)在供應鏈物流中的核心地位出發(fā)，提出各環(huán)節(jié)的優(yōu)化解決方案。并將其推廣至全市餐廚垃圾處理行業(yè)。 餐廚垃圾無害化、資源化處理是有助于改善城市環(huán)境、減少人身健康威脅的重要產業(yè)。北京城市餐廚垃圾處理供應鏈物流優(yōu)化研究，有助于促進該產業(yè)健康快速發(fā)展，真正減少餐廚垃圾對城市環(huán)境以及人身健康的危害。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of economy in Beijing, garbage besieged has become a topic of concern in our daily life. As a kind of municipal domestic waste, food waste is a kind of municipal garbage, because of its large water content and high content of organic matter. With the characteristics of perishability, odor, pollution, pathogenicity and so on, it has become a social problem that has been paid more attention to. With the development of science and technology, some enterprises dispose of the waste of food and kitchen in the way of resource utilization and innocuity, and make profits by selling the resource products. The food and kitchen waste disposal industry is formed. However, the industry is faced with supply chain logistics problems in the process of development. Firstly, by analyzing the current situation of supply chain logistics in Beijing, it is concluded that the front-end collection quality is low, the storage container is not uniform, the middle end can not receive enough kitchen garbage and the unit transportation cost is high. The terminal processing has high energy consumption, mismatch between processing and transportation rhythm, high price of end-resource products and narrow sales channels. Then taking G Company as an example, combining with the proposed construction of Xier Flag Kitchen garbage disposal Plant in Haidian District, Based on how to give full play to the core position of the kitchen garbage disposal enterprise in the supply chain logistics, this paper puts forward the optimization solution of each link, and extends it to the food and kitchen garbage disposal industry in the whole city. It is an important industry to improve the urban environment and reduce the threat of personal health. The research on the logistics optimization of the supply chain of the municipal kitchen garbage disposal in Beijing will help to promote the healthy and rapid development of the industry. Reduce the waste of food and kitchen to the urban environment and personal health hazards.
