基于TPL的M電器公司物流體系整合研究

【摘要】:家電企業(yè)正面臨生產(chǎn)成本不斷上漲、產(chǎn)品價格卻越賣越低的“怪象”,與此同時家電產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的速度也達(dá)到了前所未有的水平。企業(yè)要想實現(xiàn)持續(xù)盈利并擴大市份額,不僅需對產(chǎn)品和營銷進行創(chuàng)新,還必須有效降低成本。國外家電巨頭通過將物流體系外包給第三方物流企業(yè)(TPL),不但提高了供應(yīng)鏈響應(yīng)迅度、還極大降低了運營成本。原以低成本為優(yōu)勢的國內(nèi)家電企業(yè)正面臨新一輪行業(yè)洗牌壓力。本文從國內(nèi)家電業(yè)物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,在分析了家電業(yè)物流管理的主要理論與模型的基礎(chǔ)上,通過剖析M電器公司的物流管理現(xiàn)狀與問題,提煉及設(shè)計了基于第三方物流(TPL)的物流管理整合方案,這一優(yōu)化方案的實施,將有效解決M公司當(dāng)前物流管理模式下存在的人員架構(gòu)臃腫、流程復(fù)雜、效率低、庫存高等問題。該方案實施的條件包括:一、與TPL企業(yè)形成戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系;二、共同搭建信息系統(tǒng);三、共同設(shè)計物流運作指南;四、共同設(shè)定各階段目標(biāo)。最后通過績效評估以確保方案按計劃有效實施。本文提出的解決方案不僅僅可以為M電器公司物流管理整合提供借鑒,也為我國其他制造型企業(yè)提供借鑒、指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Home appliance enterprises are facing rising production costs, but the price of products is getting lower and lower. At the same time, the rate of upgrading household appliances products has reached an unprecedented level. Enterprises want to achieve sustained profits and expand market share. It is necessary not only to innovate the products and marketing, but also to effectively reduce the cost. By outsourcing the logistics system to the third party logistics enterprises, the foreign appliance giants not only improve the responsiveness of the supply chain, but also improve the efficiency of the supply chain response. It also greatly reduces the operating cost. The domestic household appliance enterprises which originally have the advantage of low cost are facing a new round of industry reshuffle pressure. This paper starts with the current situation of domestic home appliance logistics development. Based on the analysis of the main theories and models of logistics management in household appliances industry, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of logistics management in M Electric Company, and then refines and designs the integrated scheme of logistics management based on TPLs. The implementation of this optimization scheme will effectively solve the problems of overstaffed personnel structure, complex process, low efficiency and high inventory in the current logistics management mode of M Company. The conditions for the implementation of the scheme include: 1. Form strategic cooperative relationship with TPL enterprise; second, build information system together; third, design logistics operation guide jointly; fourth, Finally, through the performance evaluation to ensure the effective implementation of the plan. The solution proposed in this paper can not only provide a reference for M electrical company logistics management integration, Also for other manufacturing enterprises in China to provide reference, guidance.
