基于通用系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的采購流程的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著中國汽車銷量的不斷提升,中國汽車零部件制造業(yè)也實(shí)現(xiàn)著每年20%以上的增長(zhǎng)。同時(shí),伴隨著信息時(shí)代的發(fā)展,社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈,越來越多的汽車零部件公司覺察到僅僅通過人工管理采購流程是不行的,因?yàn)椴粌H會(huì)浪費(fèi)很多的人力,還會(huì)浪費(fèi)大量的紙張木材,重點(diǎn)是隨著業(yè)務(wù)量的增多,出現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)錯(cuò)漏的情況逐漸增多,員工工作效率也逐漸下降。眾所周知,IT技術(shù)可以有效支持企業(yè)內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng),網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)公司的首席信息官米歇爾·胡格斯先生認(rèn)為使用各種新技術(shù)對(duì)有效地運(yùn)營(yíng)供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)潜匾腫1]。同時(shí),以自身業(yè)務(wù)過程的規(guī)范化和自動(dòng)化來提高整體效率也是非常必要的。面向制造業(yè)的通用系統(tǒng)憑借自身自動(dòng)化管理上的優(yōu)勢(shì),得到了汽車零部件制造業(yè)公司的廣泛應(yīng)用。面向制造業(yè)的通用系統(tǒng),是基于產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理的一款管理信息系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)將實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)流程信息化,統(tǒng)籌產(chǎn)品的全部信息,確保產(chǎn)品信息的一致性與安全性,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)公司業(yè)務(wù)過程的規(guī)范化和自動(dòng)化。目前,汽車零部件制造業(yè)中還是有問題,例如采購的一些基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)還是缺少約束,業(yè)務(wù)之間的配合還是很不理想,沒有在早期就與供應(yīng)商建立良好的合作伙伴關(guān)系等等問題都導(dǎo)致了生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的總成本提高、生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的時(shí)間周期變長(zhǎng)、向市場(chǎng)投放產(chǎn)品的時(shí)間變多、庫存增多或者缺貨斷檔和缺少對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈上的可預(yù)測(cè)性[2]。在以上這些問題的基礎(chǔ)上,汽車零部件行業(yè)基于精益求精的思想,在這10多年的迅速發(fā)展中,采購信息化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)相當(dāng)明顯,逐步接近國際水平。所以,采購管理基本是汽車零部件制造業(yè)的重點(diǎn)。因此,基于面向制造業(yè)的通用系統(tǒng)的采購流程的計(jì)算機(jī)化的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)引來了很多學(xué)者的關(guān)注。本文是根據(jù)長(zhǎng)春某汽車零部件制造業(yè)公司的實(shí)際需求出發(fā),目標(biāo)是采購流程的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。首先是對(duì)面向制造業(yè)的通用系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)介紹,基本概念和主要功能,采購流程的業(yè)務(wù)分析,功能性分析和非功能性分析,得出采購流程的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo);其次是采購流程的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),包括關(guān)鍵技術(shù),采購管理的基本流程圖,基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),權(quán)限配置,用例圖模型和通信功能,還介紹了采購流程設(shè)計(jì)基于通用系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的工作流和權(quán)限管理;然后介紹了采購流程的功能設(shè)計(jì),包括開發(fā)平臺(tái)和工具,基于的工作流的類設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì),基于的權(quán)限管理的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì),采購流程的類設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì);最后介紹了采購流程的實(shí)現(xiàn)和測(cè)試,通過建立測(cè)試用例對(duì)相關(guān)模塊的測(cè)試和模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)果的展示,全面的論述了采購流程的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)情況。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of China's auto sales, China's auto parts manufacturing industry has also achieved an annual growth of more than 20%. At the same time, with the development of the information age, social progress, fierce competition, More and more auto parts companies are finding it impossible to manage the purchasing process manually, because it will not only waste a lot of manpower, but also waste a lot of paper and wood, with the emphasis on increasing the volume of business. The number of data errors is increasing and the efficiency of employees is declining. It is well known that IT technology can effectively support the internal operation of the enterprise. Michael Huggs, chief information officer of Web Services, believes that the use of new technologies is necessary for the efficient operation of supply chains [1]. It is also necessary to improve the overall efficiency by standardizing and automating their own business processes. The general system for manufacturing is a management information system based on product data management. The system informationization the actual business process and coordinates all the information of the product. Ensure the consistency and safety of product information to standardize and automate the company's business processes. At present, there are problems in the automotive parts manufacturing industry, such as the lack of constraints on some infrastructure designs for procurement. The cooperation between businesses is still not ideal, and the problems of not establishing good partnership with suppliers at an early stage have led to an increase in the total cost of producing products, and the time period for producing products has become longer. More time has been put on the market, more inventory or out of stock, and a lack of predictability in the supply chain [2]. On the basis of these problems, the automotive parts industry is based on the idea of excellence. In the rapid development of more than 10 years, the trend of procurement informatization is quite obvious, gradually approaching the international level. Therefore, procurement management is basically the focus of automotive parts manufacturing industry. The computerization design and implementation of purchasing process based on general manufacturing system has attracted the attention of many scholars. This paper is based on the actual demand of a Changchun automobile parts manufacturing company. The goal is to design and implement the purchasing process. Firstly, it introduces the general manufacturing oriented system, basic concepts and main functions, business analysis of purchasing process, functional analysis and non-functional analysis. The design objectives of the procurement process are obtained, followed by the architecture design of the procurement process, including the key technologies, the basic flow chart of the procurement management, the basic data, the authority configuration, the use case diagram model and the communication function. This paper also introduces the workflow and privilege management of purchasing process design based on general system structure, and then introduces the function design of procurement process, including development platform and tools, class design and database design based on workflow. The database design based on authority management, the class design and database design of purchasing process are introduced. Finally, the realization and test of purchasing process are introduced. The design and realization of purchasing process are discussed in detail.
