物流企業(yè)與制造企業(yè)協(xié)同運作的績效評價研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟以及科技的不斷發(fā)展,物流服務(wù)在整個產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的重要性得到了越來越多的重視。尤其是對制造企業(yè)來說,如何減少原材料采購、產(chǎn)品存儲以及產(chǎn)品銷售過程中的物流成本是提升企業(yè)利潤的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。物流企業(yè)與制造企業(yè)的協(xié)同運作可以簡化供應(yīng)鏈中的交易流程,減少企業(yè)間的交易成本,在提高運作效率的同時為企業(yè)節(jié)約成本。 本文回顧了協(xié)同物流的產(chǎn)生及其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了現(xiàn)階段物流企業(yè)與制造企業(yè)的不同協(xié)作模式。文章還對現(xiàn)有的針對物流企業(yè)的績效評價方法進行了一定的探討和分析,總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有評價方法的優(yōu)缺點。此外,文章闡述了協(xié)同學(xué)的產(chǎn)生、含義、研究對象及其原理和概念,并且利用協(xié)同學(xué)原理對物流企業(yè)與制造企業(yè)協(xié)同運作體系進行了深入的描述和探討。 在上述理論的支持下,本文通過對物流企業(yè)與制造企業(yè)的協(xié)同運作情況進行了深入的調(diào)查和分析,結(jié)合以往的研究以及相關(guān)專家學(xué)者的意見,梳理出一系列適用于評價物流企業(yè)與制造企業(yè)協(xié)同績效的的評價指標(biāo)。除此之外,,本文還結(jié)合層次分析法以及模糊綜合評價法構(gòu)建了一個適用于評價物流企業(yè)與制造企業(yè)協(xié)同運作績效的多級模糊綜合評價模型。該模型著眼與物流企業(yè)與制造企業(yè)的協(xié)同運作績效,而不單單是其中某一類企業(yè)的運作績效,模型中專門加入了協(xié)同運作能力這一維度,這些指標(biāo)不僅僅反映了各個子系統(tǒng)的運作狀況,更重要的是能真實的反映協(xié)同運作的效率。 最后,本文通過對溫嶺市物流企業(yè)與當(dāng)?shù)仄ε淦髽I(yè)的協(xié)同運作情況進行實地調(diào)研,并利用所構(gòu)建的多級模糊綜合評價模型對其進行評價分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)評價結(jié)果與實地調(diào)研結(jié)果較為匹配,能有效的發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)貐f(xié)同運作過程中存在的不足,為其更好的發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern economy and science and technology, the importance of logistics service in the whole industry chain has been paid more and more attention. Product storage and logistics costs in the process of product sales are the key to enhance the profits of enterprises. The cooperative operation of logistics enterprises and manufacturing enterprises can simplify the transaction process in the supply chain and reduce the transaction costs between enterprises. At the same time to improve the efficiency of operation for the enterprise cost savings. This paper reviews the emergence and development of collaborative logistics, summarizes the different modes of cooperation between logistics enterprises and manufacturing enterprises at this stage, and discusses and analyzes the existing performance evaluation methods for logistics enterprises. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing evaluation methods are summarized. In addition, the article expounds the generation, meaning, research object, principle and concept of Synergetics. The cooperative operation system between logistics enterprises and manufacturing enterprises is described and discussed by using the principle of collaboration. Supported by the above theories, this paper makes a thorough investigation and analysis on the cooperative operation between logistics enterprises and manufacturing enterprises, combining with previous studies and the opinions of relevant experts and scholars. Combing out a series of evaluation indicators suitable for evaluating the synergistic performance of logistics enterprises and manufacturing enterprises. This paper also constructs a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model which is suitable for evaluating the performance of logistics enterprises and manufacturing enterprises based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The model focuses on logistics enterprises and manufacturing enterprises. The synergy performance of the industry, Not only the performance of one kind of enterprise, but also the dimension of cooperative operation ability is added to the model. These indexes not only reflect the operation status of each subsystem, but also reflect the efficiency of cooperative operation. Finally, through the field investigation of the cooperation operation between the logistics enterprises and the local automobile and friction matching enterprises in Wenling City, and using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the paper evaluates and analyzes the cooperation operation of the logistics enterprises and the local automobile and friction matching enterprises. It is found that the evaluation results are more consistent with the field investigation results, which can effectively find the shortcomings in the local cooperative operation process, and provide some reference and guidance for its better development.
