【摘要】：考慮一個閉環(huán)供應鏈由單個制造商和單個零售商組成,產(chǎn)品的制造和再制造由制造商負責,產(chǎn)品的銷售和廢舊品的回收由零售商負責。在建立博弈模型的基礎上,首先分析了閉環(huán)供應鏈在收益共享契約下的協(xié)調(diào)性,接著分析了收益共享契約對突發(fā)事件下閉環(huán)供應鏈的協(xié)調(diào)應對。分析結(jié)果表明:當突發(fā)事件導致銷售市場規(guī)模和廢舊品回收市場初始規(guī)模同時發(fā)生變化時,閉環(huán)供應鏈的協(xié)調(diào)將被打破,為此對收益共享契約進行了調(diào)整,調(diào)整后的收益共享契約使閉環(huán)供應鏈具有抗突發(fā)事件性;最后,通過數(shù)值計算實例對此進行了驗證分析。
[Abstract]:Consider that a closed-loop supply chain is composed of a single manufacturer and a single retailer, the manufacturer is responsible for the manufacture and remanufacture of the product, the retailer is responsible for the sale of the product and the recycling of the waste goods. Firstly, the coordination of the closed-loop supply chain under the revenue-sharing contract is analyzed. Then it analyzes the coordinated response of revenue sharing contract to closed-loop supply chain under unexpected events. The results show that when the market size of sales and the initial scale of scrap recovery market change simultaneously due to unexpected events, The coordination of the closed-loop supply chain will be broken, so the revenue-sharing contract is adjusted, and the adjusted profit-sharing contract makes the closed-loop supply chain anti-emergent. Finally, a numerical example is used to verify and analyze this.
