【摘要】：為有效實(shí)現(xiàn)基于集配中心裝配式供應(yīng)鏈上游供應(yīng)商協(xié)同配送,構(gòu)建了考慮成本協(xié)調(diào)的協(xié)同主從決策機(jī)制;分析了零部件供應(yīng)商和集配中心成本結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)比供應(yīng)商分散決策、集配中心決策和聯(lián)合決策模型,建立以集配中心為主方,供應(yīng)商為從方的主從決策模型。集配中心給出最優(yōu)訂購批量,供應(yīng)商以最優(yōu)配送批次響應(yīng)。模型中引入成本補(bǔ)貼因子進(jìn)行企業(yè)間協(xié)調(diào)。結(jié)合算例分析,比較了4種決策機(jī)制下的配送決策和相關(guān)成本。研究表明,主從決策是一種有效的協(xié)同決策機(jī)制,能有效降低系統(tǒng)物流成本和生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備成本,提高供應(yīng)鏈效率,激勵(lì)供應(yīng)商參與協(xié)同決策。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively realize the cooperative distribution of the upstream suppliers based on the assembly center assembly supply chain , the cooperative master - slave decision - making mechanism considering cost coordination is constructed ; the cost structure of the component supplier and the centralized distribution center is analyzed , and the distribution decision - making model and the joint decision - making model of the supplier are analyzed . The distribution decision and the related cost are compared between the supplier and the supplier . The research shows that the master - slave decision is an effective cooperative decision - making mechanism , which can effectively reduce the system logistics cost and the production preparation cost , improve the supply chain efficiency and encourage the suppliers to participate in the cooperative decision - making .
