【摘要】：正主持人話語:市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的今天,"真正的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)不是企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而是供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)",供應(yīng)鏈管理是科學(xué)與藝術(shù)的巧妙結(jié)合,構(gòu)成了企業(yè)運(yùn)營的基礎(chǔ),已成為當(dāng)今國際市場(chǎng)中企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)之利器,通過它的運(yùn)作機(jī)制和有效設(shè)計(jì)可以幫助客戶降低物流成本、提高價(jià)值進(jìn)而提高企業(yè)的國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下,越來越多的企業(yè)開始關(guān)注客戶服務(wù),并以顧客的需求和利益為中心,顧客服務(wù)成為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要表現(xiàn),作為顧客服務(wù)主要構(gòu)成部分的物流服
