【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展，使得中國企業(yè)的競爭將不只面對本國企業(yè)、本國市場，因此當(dāng)前和未來面臨的競爭環(huán)境將越來越復(fù)雜多變。企業(yè)的發(fā)展除了受到政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、技術(shù)等因素的影響外，還受到企業(yè)資源以及供應(yīng)鏈等各方面的影響。在如此復(fù)雜多變的競爭環(huán)境中，企業(yè)所要應(yīng)對的情況層出不窮、變化也越來越快。因此，制定企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略對企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和綜合實(shí)力的提升有著極其重要的意義。 由于國內(nèi)磷肥市場面臨越來越嚴(yán)重的供大于求局面，而磷礦資源日趨貧化，使得磷肥企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營承受了極大的壓力；而化肥產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化的特點(diǎn)，使得通過產(chǎn)品差異化來贏得競爭的可能性極小，因此磷肥企業(yè)短兵相接的競爭尤為激烈；由于近年來世界經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)等持續(xù)影響，使中國以出口拉動經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的形態(tài)發(fā)生改變，國內(nèi)磷肥行業(yè)也未能幸免。本文以大型磷肥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)IC磷復(fù)肥公司（以下簡稱IC公司）為研究對象，，對IC公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究，結(jié)合公司發(fā)展實(shí)際、現(xiàn)狀和對未來發(fā)展趨勢的預(yù)測，通過多種分析工具對公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行剖析，嘗試尋找出適合公司發(fā)展的思路、方向。 本文首先從宏觀環(huán)境分析(PEST分析)入手，到磷復(fù)肥行業(yè)分析，通過磷復(fù)肥行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境分析得出磷復(fù)肥行業(yè)分析結(jié)論；其次，在基于IC公司實(shí)際情況的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用SWOT分析法和供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)節(jié)的分析，選出適合公司未來發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略；最后制定了未來五年的發(fā)展規(guī)劃及保障措施。本研究對于IC公司在復(fù)雜多變的市場環(huán)境中提升預(yù)見性和在市場競爭中處于主動地位，具有一定的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration, the competition of Chinese enterprises will not only face the domestic enterprises, but also the domestic market. Therefore, the current and future competitive environment will be more and more complex and changeable. The development of enterprises is not only affected by politics, but also by the economy. Besides the influence of society, technology and other factors, it is also influenced by enterprise resources and supply chain. In such a complex and changeable competitive environment, enterprises have to deal with the situation in endlessly, and the changes are becoming faster and faster. It is of great significance to establish the enterprise strategy for the sustainable development and the promotion of the comprehensive strength of the enterprise. As the domestic phosphate fertilizer market is facing a more and more serious situation of oversupply, and the phosphorite resources are becoming increasingly poor, the production and management of phosphate fertilizer enterprises are under great pressure, and the characteristics of homogenization of chemical fertilizer products, The possibility of winning competition through product differentiation is extremely small, so the competition among phosphate fertilizer enterprises is particularly fierce. As a result of the sustained impact of the world economic crisis in recent years, the pattern of China's export-led economic growth has changed. The domestic phosphate fertilizer industry has not been spared. This paper takes IC phosphate compound fertilizer company (IC company) as the research object, studies the development strategy of IC company, and combines the actual development of the company. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the company through a variety of analysis tools and tries to find out the way of thinking and direction suitable for the development of the company. This paper begins with macro-environmental analysis and pest analysis to the analysis of phosphate compound fertilizer industry, and draws the conclusion of phosphorus compound fertilizer industry analysis through the analysis of the competitive environment of phosphate compound fertilizer industry. Secondly, based on the actual situation of IC company, SWOT analysis and supply chain analysis are used to select the strategy suitable for the future development of the company; Finally, the development plan and safeguard measures for the next five years are worked out. This study has certain theoretical and practical significance for IC Company to enhance its predictability in the complex and changeable market environment and to play an active role in the market competition.
