【摘要】：隨著人類生產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動不斷發(fā)展,人們在創(chuàng)造豐富的物質(zhì)文明同時,也在不斷的破壞自然環(huán)境和生態(tài)平衡。近年來,人類經(jīng)濟(jì)活動的極大發(fā)展與自然環(huán)境保護(hù)的矛盾已經(jīng)成為了突出的首要問題。許多有識之士已經(jīng)開始積極探索,提出了以實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展為目的,實(shí)行企業(yè)級綠色戰(zhàn)略理論。 本文主要通過對企業(yè)綠色戰(zhàn)略和綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理基礎(chǔ)理論的研究,結(jié)合我國企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,從具體實(shí)踐的角度出發(fā),詳細(xì)闡述了企業(yè)綠色戰(zhàn)略的基本概念和綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的綠色環(huán)保理念,將抽象的概念具體化、形象化,使企業(yè)管理人員能快速的掌握綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理知識體系,對企業(yè)綠色戰(zhàn)略的制定有一個深入的了解。因?yàn)榫G色供應(yīng)鏈管理的復(fù)雜性,重點(diǎn)分析了綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理主要內(nèi)容具體實(shí)施原則和綠色供應(yīng)鏈各個環(huán)節(jié)之間關(guān)系,并結(jié)合案例分析,讓企業(yè)管理人員能夠在學(xué)習(xí)成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時,快速掌握綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)施的主要途徑與有效方法。最后分析了阻礙綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)施的可能因素,提出了從根本上解決這些因素產(chǎn)生的預(yù)防措施和應(yīng)對方法,使管理者在進(jìn)行綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理時少走彎路,避免失誤的發(fā)生,造成不必要的損失。為我國企業(yè)管理者進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈綠色化的實(shí)際操作提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of human production and economic activities, people in the creation of rich material civilization, but also continue to destroy the natural environment and ecological balance in recent years. The contradiction between the great development of human economic activities and the protection of the natural environment has become a prominent issue. Many people of insight have begun to actively explore, put forward to realize the sustainable development of enterprises as the purpose. Implement enterprise green strategy theory. This article mainly through the enterprise green strategy and the green supply chain management basic theory research, unifies our country enterprise's actual situation, from the concrete practice angle. The basic concept of enterprise green strategy and green environmental protection concept of green supply chain management are elaborated in detail. Abstract concept is concretized and visualized. So that enterprise managers can quickly grasp the knowledge system of green supply chain management, and have a deep understanding of the establishment of green strategy of enterprises, because of the complexity of green supply chain management. The main contents of green supply chain management and the relationship between each link of green supply chain are analyzed, and combined with the case study, the enterprise managers can learn the successful experience at the same time. Grasp the main approaches and effective methods of green supply chain management. Finally, analyze the possible factors that hinder the implementation of green supply chain management. This paper puts forward the preventive measures and countermeasures to solve these factors fundamentally, so that managers can avoid mistakes and make less detours when carrying out green supply chain management. Causes unnecessary losses and provides the basis for the actual operation of supply chain greening for managers in our country.
