基于精益生產(chǎn)過程控制的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)體系研究

【摘要】:工程機(jī)械作為一種特殊的集合性產(chǎn)品,除核心業(yè)務(wù)由主機(jī)廠自己完成外,大部分零部件則由供應(yīng)商提供。供應(yīng)商的管理能力對(duì)最終產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、對(duì)企業(yè)在市場中的競爭地位產(chǎn)生著重大的影響,因而供應(yīng)商的評(píng)價(jià)與管理受到了越來越多的關(guān)注。如何確保供應(yīng)商提供的零部件或原材料符合要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量持續(xù)改進(jìn),已成為工程機(jī)械企業(yè)的重要研究課題。面對(duì)激烈多變的競爭環(huán)境以及不斷壓縮的產(chǎn)品利潤,要在市場上占有一席立足之地,不能只關(guān)注自身的發(fā)展,還要加強(qiáng)供應(yīng)商的管理,,協(xié)助供應(yīng)商導(dǎo)入先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)理念和方法。精益生產(chǎn)方式是當(dāng)前現(xiàn)代企業(yè)發(fā)展的方向。主機(jī)廠通過協(xié)助供應(yīng)商導(dǎo)入精益生產(chǎn)管理方式,提高供應(yīng)商的生產(chǎn)和管理能力,降低產(chǎn)品成本,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和快速響應(yīng)能力。因此,基于精益生產(chǎn)過程控制下,對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行管理,使雙方形成緊密的合作伙伴關(guān)系,可提高主機(jī)廠的競爭優(yōu)勢。 本論文首先說明精益生產(chǎn)以及供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)管理的研究背景和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。然后,結(jié)合精益生產(chǎn)理論與某供應(yīng)商的實(shí)際情況,從生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制、生產(chǎn)流程與生產(chǎn)組織、庫存管理、質(zhì)量管理、設(shè)備管理以及組織機(jī)構(gòu)等方面進(jìn)行了精益生產(chǎn)方式的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施。在此基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)分析了供應(yīng)鏈管理環(huán)境下的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià),提出了供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的建立原則以及供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)選擇的基本流程,建立了一個(gè)基于精益生產(chǎn)管理方式下的全面、定量的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。最后,提出了一種運(yùn)用廣義灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度確定模糊相似矩陣的模糊聚類供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)方法,選取5家供應(yīng)商為研究對(duì)象,通過實(shí)際算例對(duì)供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行分析研究,驗(yàn)證了本文所提出的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)及評(píng)價(jià)方法的適用性。
[Abstract]:Construction machinery as a special set of products, in addition to the core business completed by the mainframe factory itself, most of the components are provided by the supplier. The supplier's management ability to the final product quality. Because of the great influence on the competitive position of enterprises in the market, more and more attention has been paid to the evaluation and management of suppliers. How to ensure that the components or raw materials supplied by suppliers meet the requirements. To achieve continuous improvement of product quality has become an important research topic in construction machinery enterprises. In the face of fierce and changeable competitive environment and constantly compressed product profits, we should occupy a foothold in the market. Not only focus on their own development, but also strengthen the management of suppliers. Assist suppliers to introduce advanced production concepts and methods. Lean production is the development direction of modern enterprises. Improve supplier's production and management ability, reduce product cost, improve product quality and quick response ability. Therefore, manage supplier based on lean production process control. Make both sides form close cooperative partnership, can enhance the competition advantage of mainframe factory. This paper first explains the research background and practical significance of lean production and supplier evaluation management. Then, combined with lean production theory and the actual situation of a supplier, from the production planning and control. Production process and production organization, inventory management, quality management, equipment management and organization of the design and implementation of lean production. On this basis. The supplier evaluation in the supply chain management environment is analyzed in detail. The establishment principle of supplier evaluation index system and the basic process of supplier evaluation selection are put forward. Establish a comprehensive and quantitative supplier evaluation index system based on lean production management. Finally. In this paper, a fuzzy cluster supplier evaluation method based on generalized grey relational degree to determine fuzzy similarity matrix is proposed. Five suppliers are selected as research objects. Through the analysis and study of supplier evaluation index system through practical examples, the applicability of the supplier evaluation index and evaluation method proposed in this paper is verified.
