【摘要】：隨著長沙市經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展和市民生活水平的不斷提高,消費者對蔬菜產(chǎn)品的關(guān)注焦點已開始發(fā)生了轉(zhuǎn)變,逐步從價格方面轉(zhuǎn)移到了質(zhì)量、服務(wù)方面上來,其消費模式也開始向質(zhì)量型、服務(wù)型轉(zhuǎn)變�；诋斍暗那闆r,從供應(yīng)鏈的角度研究長沙市蔬菜配送體系可以更好的適應(yīng)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的變化。因此,從供應(yīng)鏈角度研究整體配送體系的規(guī)劃、構(gòu)建和運營,對降低物流成本和提高客戶服務(wù)水平具有指導(dǎo)意義。 本文在供應(yīng)鏈設(shè)計的基本理念和思維方式指導(dǎo)下,通過實地調(diào)研,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論、模型和方法,對如何構(gòu)建基于供應(yīng)鏈的長沙市蔬菜配送體系展開了研究。論文調(diào)研了長沙市蔬菜供應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了現(xiàn)階段長沙市蔬菜供應(yīng)模式和相關(guān)問題,探討了構(gòu)建基于供應(yīng)鏈蔬菜配送體系的重要性。最后,從蔬菜供應(yīng)鏈核心企業(yè)出發(fā),結(jié)合長沙市蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈現(xiàn)狀和特征,借鑒相關(guān)的理論和方法,從選擇蔬菜供應(yīng)商、構(gòu)建分銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系和設(shè)計供應(yīng)鏈信息系統(tǒng)等方面提出了合理化的建議,就如何構(gòu)建基于供應(yīng)鏈的長沙蔬菜配送體系展開了相關(guān)論述,該理論的構(gòu)建與實施,對對提高長沙蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)水平,促進農(nóng)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有著重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Changsha economy and the continuous improvement of the standard of living, the focus of consumers' attention on vegetable products has begun to change, gradually from the price to the quality, service. Based on the current situation, the study of Changsha vegetable distribution system from the point of view of supply chain can better adapt to the change of vegetable industry. It is of guiding significance to study the planning, construction and operation of the whole distribution system from the point of view of supply chain, which can reduce the logistics cost and improve the level of customer service. Under the guidance of the basic concept and thinking mode of supply chain design, this paper combines relevant theories, models and methods through field investigation. This paper studies how to construct the supply chain based vegetable distribution system in Changsha. This paper investigates the present situation of vegetable supply in Changsha and summarizes the current vegetable supply mode and related problems in Changsha. The importance of constructing vegetable distribution system based on supply chain is discussed. Finally, starting from the core enterprises of vegetable supply chain, combining the present situation and characteristics of supply chain of vegetable industry in Changsha, the relevant theories and methods are used for reference. From the selection of vegetable suppliers, the establishment of distribution network system and the design of supply chain information system and other aspects of the rationalization of the proposal, on how to build a supply chain based on Changsha vegetable distribution system related to the discussion. The construction and implementation of this theory is of great significance to improve the level of vegetable industry in Changsha and promote the economic development of agricultural products.
