【摘要】：國(guó)內(nèi)外重大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件的發(fā)生引起了政府、民眾和研究機(jī)構(gòu)等多方對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題的關(guān)注。截止到2013年，有關(guān)食品/農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯的研究已經(jīng)相當(dāng)豐富。本文系統(tǒng)的回顧并繼承了之前學(xué)者對(duì)于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈、質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)、追溯關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究以及西方先進(jìn)國(guó)家近30年來(lái)質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以是“食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品”作為研究對(duì)象，建立現(xiàn)代農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈模型，以供應(yīng)鏈的信息、資金流動(dòng)為基礎(chǔ)明確農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制鏈模型，梳理農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯的業(yè)務(wù)流程、信息流動(dòng)過(guò)程；針對(duì)質(zhì)量追溯中的追溯編碼進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，，在對(duì)已有的編碼技術(shù)充分比較后，選定了一種；基于統(tǒng)一的編碼準(zhǔn)則，本文對(duì)信息傳遞過(guò)程建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型；以前面的研究?jī)?nèi)容為基礎(chǔ)，建立農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯的系統(tǒng)模型。另外，本文還本文以豬肉的質(zhì)量追溯為例，詳細(xì)分析了豬肉質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)的框架、子系統(tǒng)，并建立了相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，選擇XML可擴(kuò)展標(biāo)記語(yǔ)言作為信息交換的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)語(yǔ)言，依托濱海新區(qū)菜市場(chǎng)改建項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施了該系統(tǒng)。最后，對(duì)本文建立的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)。系統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，基于RFID的可追溯系統(tǒng)可以大大提高自動(dòng)化程度，提高了豬肉生產(chǎn)企業(yè)以及政府質(zhì)監(jiān)部門(mén)的管理效率，可以作為企業(yè)和政府部門(mén)控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和安全的工具。
[Abstract]:The occurrence of major agricultural product quality and safety events at home and abroad has aroused the concern of the government, the public and research institutions on the issue of agricultural product quality and safety. Until 2013. The research on food / agricultural product quality traceability has been very rich. This paper systematically reviews and inherits the previous scholars on the supply chain of agricultural products, quality traceability system. The research of the key technology and the practical experience of the quality traceability system in the western advanced countries in the past 30 years, taking the edible agricultural products as the research object, establishes the modern agricultural product supply chain model. On the basis of supply chain information and capital flow, the model of agricultural product quality control chain is defined, and the business process and information flow process of agricultural product quality traceability are combed. The traceability coding in quality traceability is analyzed in detail. Based on the unified coding criterion, the mathematical model of the information transfer process is established in this paper. Based on the previous research content, the system model of agricultural product quality traceability is established. In addition, this paper takes pork quality traceability as an example to analyze the frame and subsystem of pork quality traceability system in detail. And established the corresponding database, selected XML extensible markup language as the standard language for information exchange, relying on the Binhai New area vegetable market reconstruction project design and implementation of the system. The comprehensive evaluation of the agricultural product quality traceability system established in this paper is carried out. The test results show that the traceability system based on RFID can greatly improve the automation degree. It improves the management efficiency of pork production enterprises and government quality supervision departments, and can be used as a tool for enterprises and government departments to control product quality and safety.
