【摘要】：隨著供應(yīng)鏈管理理論體系的不斷完善及其在制造業(yè)和零售業(yè)不斷應(yīng)用,更多建設(shè)工程領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者和專家開始研究如何把供應(yīng)鏈管理思想運(yùn)用到工程建設(shè)中來。國外對(duì)建筑供應(yīng)鏈的研究較早,多數(shù)偏重于局部具體問題的研究,而且研究詳盡、有深度。國內(nèi)關(guān)于建筑供應(yīng)鏈的研究進(jìn)展緩慢,尚處于導(dǎo)入階段。 本文的重點(diǎn)是吸收國外學(xué)者的供應(yīng)鏈理論,結(jié)合國內(nèi)有關(guān)研究,在冰島使館工程項(xiàng)目材料采購管理中引入供應(yīng)鏈理論并進(jìn)行應(yīng)用研究,分析工程項(xiàng)目材料采購管理問題,應(yīng)用供應(yīng)鏈理論對(duì)其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化管理,提出材料采購管理的優(yōu)化方案。完成的主要研究工作及成果如下： (1)首先針對(duì)冰島使館工程需要的采購的材料的分類進(jìn)行分析。利用ABC分類方法找出主要材料,引入集中采購管理思想對(duì)整個(gè)工程材料采購進(jìn)行控制管理。 (2)針對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目材料采購管理中供應(yīng)商管理中的問題,構(gòu)建了基于最大隸屬度的供應(yīng)商模糊評(píng)價(jià)模型。 (3)針對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目材料采購管理中庫存管理的問題,提出供應(yīng)鏈視角下工程項(xiàng)目庫存管理優(yōu)化方案,并構(gòu)建經(jīng)濟(jì)訂貨批量(EOQ)模型。 本文意在通過引入供應(yīng)鏈理論,打破傳統(tǒng)的固有的工程項(xiàng)目采購管理模式,對(duì)冰島使館工程項(xiàng)目材料采購管理存在的具體問題進(jìn)行研究和實(shí)踐,形成具有一定技術(shù)含量和方法特點(diǎn)的管理方法,從而應(yīng)用到更多相似的工程之中,使研究課題更加具有研究價(jià)值實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of supply chain management theory system and its application in manufacturing and retail industry. More scholars and experts in the field of construction engineering began to study how to apply the idea of supply chain management to engineering construction. The domestic research on the supply chain of construction is slow and still in the stage of introduction. The focus of this paper is to absorb the supply chain theory of foreign scholars, combined with relevant domestic research, in the Icelandic Embassy project materials procurement management into the supply chain theory and the application of research. This paper analyzes the material purchasing management of engineering projects, applies the supply chain theory to optimize its management, and puts forward the optimization scheme of material purchasing management. The main research work and results are as follows: Firstly, the classification of the materials purchased by the Icelandic embassy engineering is analyzed, and the main materials are found by using the ABC classification method. The idea of centralized purchasing management is introduced to control the procurement of engineering materials. 2) aiming at the problem of supplier management in material purchasing management of engineering project, a fuzzy evaluation model of supplier based on maximum membership degree is constructed. 3) aiming at the problem of inventory management in material purchasing management of engineering project, this paper puts forward an optimized project inventory management scheme from the perspective of supply chain, and constructs an EOQ model of economic ordering batch. Through the introduction of supply chain theory, this paper aims to break the traditional procurement management mode of engineering project, and to study and practice the concrete problems in the material procurement management of Icelandic embassy engineering project. A management method with certain technical content and method characteristics is formed, which can be applied to more similar projects and make the research subject more valuable and practical.
