多種冷鏈產(chǎn)品的三級庫存策略研究

【摘要】:隨著居民生活水平的提高,人們對冷鏈食品的多樣性和新鮮性的要求越來越高。為了滿足消費者的需求,高效的冷鏈物流成為食品行業(yè)的關鍵環(huán)節(jié),冷鏈產(chǎn)品需求的改變要求企業(yè)必須改善冷鏈物流運營條件和加強運營管理。我國冷鏈物流起步較晚,由于缺乏供應鏈管理理念、信息化程度較低,導致上下游企業(yè)無法有效銜接,上游企業(yè)對市場需求反應較慢,增加了食品的腐敗和浪費。從目前冷鏈物流研究來看,國內(nèi)外學者對供應鏈冷鏈庫存策略的研究相對較少,并且研究中一般是考慮單一品種的冷鏈品。在現(xiàn)實生活中,單一品種的冷鏈產(chǎn)品訂購情形已經(jīng)不能滿足實際的需要,在大多數(shù)情況下,分銷商或零售商不會每次只采購一種冷鏈產(chǎn)品,而是采取多種冷鏈產(chǎn)品批量訂購的形式訂購。根據(jù)消費者需求和冷鏈產(chǎn)品的特性統(tǒng)籌安排產(chǎn)品的訂購,以減少補貨頻率,降低相關費用。 在有限期內(nèi),研究多種冷鏈產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商、分銷商和零售商的一體化庫存補貨策略問題,建立了多種冷鏈產(chǎn)品的三級庫存模型,其中變質(zhì)率、生產(chǎn)率為常數(shù),需求率為隨時間變化的函數(shù)。研究中,分銷商(零售商)補貨時采用聯(lián)合補貨策略,,用微分方程模型來描述各成員庫存的變化。模型以系統(tǒng)利潤最大化為目標函數(shù),以每個參與者的利潤非負為約束條件,通過該模型求解得到最佳的庫存采購策略。最后給出算例,用LINGO軟件求解最優(yōu)策略。這為涉及采購多種冷鏈產(chǎn)品的供應鏈企業(yè)尋求最佳庫存補貨策略提供了科學依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, people demand more and more variety and freshness of cold-chain food. In order to meet the needs of consumers, efficient cold-chain logistics has become a key link in the food industry. The change of demand for cold chain products requires enterprises to improve the operating conditions of cold chain logistics and strengthen operational management. Cold chain logistics in China started late, because of the lack of supply chain management concept, the degree of information is low. Leading to the upstream and downstream enterprises can not effectively link up, upstream enterprises to the market demand response is slow, increased food corruption and waste. From the current cold-chain logistics research. Domestic and foreign scholars on the supply chain cold chain inventory strategy research is relatively few, and the research is generally considering a single variety of cold chain products. In real life. In most cases, distributors or retailers will not purchase only one cold chain product at a time. According to the demand of consumers and the characteristics of cold chain products, the ordering of products is arranged in order to reduce the frequency of replenishment and the related costs. Within a certain period of time, the integrated inventory restocking strategy of producers, distributors and retailers of various cold-chain products is studied, and the three-level inventory model of various cold-chain products is established, in which the deterioration rate and productivity are constant. The demand rate is a function of time change. In the study, the distributors (retailers) used the joint replenishment strategy. The differential equation model is used to describe the change of each member's inventory. The model takes the maximization of the system profit as the objective function and the non-negative profit of each participant as the constraint condition. The optimal inventory purchasing strategy is obtained by solving the model. Finally, an example is given. The LINGO software is used to solve the optimal strategy, which provides a scientific basis for the supply chain enterprises involved in purchasing a variety of cold chain products to seek the best inventory replenishment strategy.
