【摘要】:供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)怯晒⿷?yīng)商、制造商、批發(fā)商、零售商及最終客戶等相互聯(lián)系的成員組成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。企業(yè)實(shí)施供應(yīng)鏈管理的目的是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)橫向一體化,通過企業(yè)協(xié)作,提高響應(yīng)市場需求的速度。庫存在供應(yīng)鏈管理中扮演主要角色,直接影響整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的成本和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的庫存控制不但與單個(gè)企業(yè)本身密切相關(guān),而且與供應(yīng)鏈上的所有企業(yè)都密切相關(guān)的問題,需要以整體觀念協(xié)同管理,以達(dá)到系統(tǒng)整體最優(yōu)的目標(biāo)。自適應(yīng)庫存控制就是以自適應(yīng)控制理論的思想實(shí)現(xiàn)不確定環(huán)境下的庫存控制問題。具體控制策略是:針對多級多周期庫存控制問題,在客戶需求信息不確定的情況下,通過庫存盤點(diǎn)反饋庫存控制效果,并根據(jù)庫存效果與庫存控制目標(biāo)(如顧客服務(wù)水平)的差距及時(shí)調(diào)整控制方式,達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)的庫存控制目標(biāo)。本文的研究目標(biāo)是探討非平穩(wěn)需求環(huán)境下多周期自適應(yīng)庫存控制方法。主要研究內(nèi)容包括:針對非平穩(wěn)需求多周期庫存控制問題,在信息共享和不共享?xiàng)l件下分別建立了兩個(gè)自適應(yīng)庫存控制模型,基于強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)算法設(shè)計(jì)庫存控制策略,確定合理的訂貨時(shí)間和訂貨量,使得服務(wù)水平能夠盡可能滿足預(yù)先設(shè)定的目標(biāo),而且有效減輕牛鞭效應(yīng)的不良影響。針對需求信息和服務(wù)水平評價(jià)方面的模糊性特征,在信息共享?xiàng)l件下,用模糊指數(shù)平滑法預(yù)測未來需求,用強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)算法實(shí)現(xiàn)庫存控制。最后分別通過計(jì)算機(jī)仿真驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)的庫存控制方法的有效性。仿真結(jié)果表明,所給出的控制方法可以使得服務(wù)水平到達(dá)較好的效果,同時(shí),模糊指數(shù)平滑預(yù)測方法在減小牛鞭效應(yīng)方面有較好的效果。
[Abstract]:The supply chain is composed of supplier, manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer and the end customer network system as mutual contact of the members of the enterprise. The implementation of supply chain management is to achieve the purpose of the enterprise through horizontal integration, enterprise collaboration, improve the response speed. The stock market demand plays a major role in supply chain management, directly affect the entire supply chain system the cost and quality of service. The inventory control under the supply chain environment not only with a single enterprise is closely related to itself, and all enterprises in the supply chain are closely related to the problem, the need to read the collaborative management in the view of the whole, to achieve the best overall goal. The adaptive inventory control is thought to the adaptive control theory to realize the control problem under the environment of uncertain inventory. The specific control strategy is: to solve the control problem for multi period inventory, the customer demand information uncertainty. Under the condition of the inventory, inventory control and feedback effect, according to the effect of inventory and inventory control target (such as customer service level) the gap adjust control mode, to achieve the inventory control target of presupposition. The goal of this study is to investigate the nonstationary demand under the environment of multi period adaptive inventory control method. The main research contents include: for nonstationary demand multi period inventory control problems in information sharing and sharing conditions were established two adaptive inventory control model, reinforcement learning algorithm design of inventory control strategy based on the determined order time and order quantity reasonable, the service level can be as much as possible to meet the target, but also reduce the adverse effects of bullwhip effect the fuzzy feature evaluation. According to the demand information and service level, in the condition of information sharing, prediction using fuzzy exponential smoothing method The future needs, using reinforcement learning algorithm to achieve effective inventory control. Finally, through the design of the inventory control method of computer simulation. The simulation results show that the control method can make the service level to reach good results, at the same time, the fuzzy exponential smoothing forecasting method has better effect in reducing the bullwhip effect.
