【摘要】：大慶市作為處于轉(zhuǎn)型之中的“資源型”城市，通過整合農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈成為農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的戰(zhàn)略之一，在物流行業(yè)中如何選擇和推行合理的配送模式實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合成為產(chǎn)業(yè)升級戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施重點(diǎn)問題，該問題也是中國城市發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵瓶頸問題，其研究具有重要的實(shí)踐意義。對此，實(shí)地走訪大慶市農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)代表性企業(yè)，分析發(fā)現(xiàn)存在信息不對稱、物流成本高和效率低的問題，結(jié)合物流基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的優(yōu)勢，提出研究框架：在一個城市中通過少數(shù)幾個核心物流企業(yè)推行合理的配送模式，達(dá)到同一信息交互平臺的幾個配送中心的有效配送，以集成供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的方法滿足農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、加工和銷售企業(yè)的配送需求，，以此達(dá)成農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的整合。根據(jù)該框架，第一，運(yùn)用比較方法，采用共同配送模式，作為大慶物流企業(yè)從核心企業(yè)的視角集成農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)。第二，在物流企業(yè)中推動共同配送模式，研究整合農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的方案：（1）設(shè)計(jì)核心物流企業(yè)運(yùn)作共同配送模式，通過契約方法集成其供應(yīng)鏈上的物流企業(yè)，以及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、加工和銷售企業(yè)，形成農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)，通過調(diào)研三家超市進(jìn)行效果驗(yàn)證；（2）通過信息平臺整合運(yùn)作共同配送中心的核心物流企業(yè)，以及它的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)，從而使大慶所有的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的物流企業(yè)和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、加工和銷售企業(yè)整合到信息平臺中有效管理；第三，為保障在物流行業(yè)中推廣上述整合農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的方案，研究核心物流企業(yè)、運(yùn)作信息平臺的企業(yè)，以及非核心物流企業(yè)需要的保障措施，包括，政府政策支持，自身配送系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等。上述研究結(jié)果有利于通過物流行業(yè)整合農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施，達(dá)到農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的目的。
[Abstract]:Daqing City, as a "resource-based" city in the process of transformation, has become one of the strategies of agricultural industry upgrading through the integration of agricultural product industry chain. In the logistics industry, how to select and implement a reasonable distribution model to realize the integration of agricultural products industry chain has become the key issue in the implementation of the industrial upgrading strategy, which is also the key bottleneck of the urban development in China. Its research is of great practical significance. In this case, the field visit Daqing agricultural product industry chain of representative enterprises, analysis found that there are information asymmetry, high logistics costs and low efficiency problems. Combined with the advantages of logistics infrastructure, this paper puts forward the research framework: in a city through a few core logistics enterprises to implement a reasonable distribution model to achieve the same information exchange platform of several distribution centers of effective distribution. Integrated supply chain network to meet the distribution needs of agricultural products production, processing and marketing enterprises, so as to achieve the integration of agricultural products industry chain. According to this framework, first, use the comparative method. Adopt common distribution mode, as Daqing logistics enterprises from the perspective of the core enterprises integrated agricultural supply chain network. Second, promote the common distribution model in logistics enterprises. This paper studies the scheme of integrating the industrial chain of agricultural products, designs the common distribution mode of the operation of the core logistics enterprises, integrates the logistics enterprises in its supply chain through the contract method, as well as the production, processing and marketing enterprises of agricultural products. Form the agricultural product supply chain network, through the investigation of three supermarkets to verify the effect; Through the information platform to integrate the core logistics enterprises of the common distribution center, as well as its supply chain network of agricultural products, so that all the logistics enterprises and agricultural products production in the industrial chain of agricultural products in Daqing. Integration of processing and sales enterprises into the information platform for effective management; Third, in order to protect the logistics industry to promote the integration of the agricultural product industry chain, the study of core logistics enterprises, operating information platform enterprises, as well as non-core logistics enterprises need to safeguard measures, including. The research results mentioned above are helpful to realize the strategy of integrating the agricultural product industry chain through logistics industry, and to achieve the purpose of agricultural industry upgrading.
