【摘要】：本文以S中煙公司為研究對象,在廣泛借鑒國內(nèi)外物流理論和物流整合創(chuàng)新經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,就如何在新的市場競爭環(huán)境下,構(gòu)建適應(yīng)煙草行業(yè)發(fā)展的全新的現(xiàn)代物流管理體系進(jìn)行了深入研究,為提高S中煙公司的企業(yè)核心競爭力整體實(shí)力,促進(jìn)S中煙公司可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提供思路和借鑒。本文采用了理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的研究方法,借鑒國內(nèi)外煙草行業(yè)的先進(jìn)管理模式,并通過實(shí)地考察,對S中煙公司物流管理面臨的社會環(huán)境、行業(yè)影響、發(fā)展要求進(jìn)行了深入的分析,著眼于企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展需要,確定了S中煙公司建設(shè)新的現(xiàn)代物流體系的原則、原則和目標(biāo),分析了構(gòu)建新物流體系面臨的主要任務(wù)及重點(diǎn)工程,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了S中煙公司新物流體系構(gòu)建的實(shí)施方案及保障措施。本文的研究重點(diǎn)是S中煙公司新物流體系的構(gòu)建目標(biāo)和構(gòu)建體系。近年來,S中煙公司的物流管理取得了一定成效,但與企業(yè)發(fā)展的需求還存在一定差距,主要體現(xiàn)在：物流內(nèi)部一體化程度不高,物流資源整合度不夠,物流管理體制不健全,物流信息化水平發(fā)展不銜接,物流管控流程有待進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化等。以上問題的存在,客觀上增加了管理節(jié)點(diǎn),拉長了供應(yīng)鏈的管理鏈條,市場快速反應(yīng)慢,作業(yè)效率低下,物流管理成本居高不下,不能滿足企業(yè)管理精益化、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求。針對以上問題,按S中煙公司新物流體系的原則和要求,本文分別從業(yè)務(wù)流程整合及流程優(yōu)化,供應(yīng)物流、生產(chǎn)物流、銷售物流體系的架構(gòu),物流信息化和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)平臺建設(shè),物流績效評價(jià)體系,物流核算體系五個(gè)方面,提出了S中煙公司新物流體系構(gòu)建方案。S中煙公司新物流體系的構(gòu)建涉及企業(yè)內(nèi)部和外部多個(gè)緯度、多個(gè)層面,打破原有的管理架構(gòu),實(shí)施業(yè)務(wù)流程重組,具體實(shí)施過程中需要從組織架構(gòu)、人力資源、財(cái)務(wù)核算、設(shè)備和信息化、客戶關(guān)系、服務(wù)等多個(gè)方面著手,做好保障措施,打通體系構(gòu)建的瓶頸,在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)建立起新的物流保障和管理體系,為企業(yè)的長期健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the S tobacco company as the research object, based on extensive reference of domestic and international logistics theory and logistics integration and innovation experience, how in the new competitive market environment, the development of the tobacco industry to build a new modern logistics management system is studied, in order to improve the core competitiveness of the S tobacco company in the whole enterprise the strength, to provide ideas and reference to promote the sustainable and healthy development of S tobacco company. This paper uses the research method of combining theory and practice, learn the advanced management mode of tobacco industry at home and abroad, and through on-the-spot investigation, on the face of tobacco company logistics management S in the social environment, industry influence, development requirements are analyzed, focusing on the future development of the enterprise needs, determine the principles and principles S tobacco company in the construction of a new modern logistics system, analyzes the construction of key projects and the main task facing the new logistics system, based on the proposed implementation plan to build a new logistics system of S tobacco company and safeguard measures. The research focus of this paper is the construction target and construction system of the new logistics system of S China tobacco company. In recent years, logistics management S tobacco company has achieved certain results, but with the needs of enterprise development there are still some gaps, mainly reflected in: the degree of internal logistics integration is not high, logistics resources integration is not enough, the logistics management system is not perfect, the level of logistics information development does not converge, logistics management processes need to be further optimized. The above problems increase management nodes objectively, lengthen the management chain of supply chain, slow market reaction, low operation efficiency and high cost of logistics management, which can not meet the requirements of lean and sustainable development of enterprise management. To solve the above problems, according to the principles and requirements of the new logistics system of S tobacco company, this paper from the business process integration and process optimization, supply logistics, production logistics, sales logistics system architecture, construction of logistics informatization and networking platform, logistics performance evaluation system, five aspects of logistics accounting system, put forward the construction of a new scheme of logistics system of S tobacco company. The construction involves internal and external dimensions, multiple levels of the new logistics system of S tobacco company, breaking the original management structure, business process reengineering, the need to proceed from the aspects of organizational structure, human resources, financial accounting, equipment and information technology, customer relationship and service specific implementation process, good security measures to get through the bottleneck of system construction, establish a new logistics support and management system in a relatively short period of time, to lay the foundation for the sustainable development of the long-term health of enterprises.
