【摘要】：在國內外生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展模式的研究基礎上,對鄱陽湖生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內部、外部網(wǎng)絡進行梳理,并利用魚骨圖模型分析鄱陽湖生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的影響因素,構建出生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的影響因素模型;同時將影響因素導入AHP模型中,以定性結合定量的方法建立判斷矩陣,通過計算影響因素進行排名,找出關鍵影響因素,為鄱陽湖生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群建設提供參考。研究結果表明:影響鄱陽湖生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的因素層中,群內企業(yè)因素和公共管理因素是主要影響因素,其他外部因素和智力支持影響較小;方案層中,生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的環(huán)境維持為最重要的影響因素,循環(huán)理念排在第二,政府主導調控和產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇分列第三和第四。因此,在生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的建設過程中,要以系統(tǒng)思維為導向,著重做好群內企業(yè)服務和公共管理服務,同時結合好資源輸出效率和知識創(chuàng)新服務等方面的工作。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the research on the development mode of ecological industrial cluster at home and abroad, this paper combs the internal and external network of Poyang Lake ecological industrial cluster, analyzes the influencing factors of Poyang Lake ecological industrial cluster development by using fish bone chart model, and constructs the influencing factor model of ecological industrial cluster development. At the same time, the influencing factors are introduced into AHP model, and the judgment matrix is established qualitatively and quantitatively. By calculating the influencing factors, the key influencing factors are found out, which provides a reference for the construction of Poyang Lake ecological industrial cluster. The results show that in the factor layer of Poyang Lake ecological industrial cluster, the factors of enterprise and public management in the group are the main influencing factors, while other external factors and intellectual support have little influence; in the scheme layer, the environment of ecological industrial cluster is the most important factor, the concept of circulation ranks second, and the government-led regulation and industrial choice are the third and fourth respectively. Therefore, in the process of the construction of ecological industrial cluster, we should take the systematic thinking as the guide, focus on the enterprise service and public management service in the group, and combine the efficiency of resource output and the service of knowledge innovation at the same time.
