【摘要】：隨著高等教育改革不斷深入,傳統(tǒng)高校管理模式已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展需要,而契約管理比制度管理更加符合高校管理的服務(wù)宗旨,在學(xué)生管理工作中能夠更加全面地體現(xiàn)出學(xué)生的主體意識(shí),并促進(jìn)高校學(xué)生管理制度不斷完善。
