L縣公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力來源及緩解策略研究

【摘要】:當前,我國正處于轉(zhuǎn)型時期,經(jīng)濟和社會等各方面飛速發(fā)展,有不少相關(guān)調(diào)查研究表明,公務(wù)員作為處理社會公共管理事務(wù)的主體,越來越面臨著巨大的職業(yè)壓力,有些公務(wù)員常常感到身心疲憊,對工作產(chǎn)生倦怠感,還常常有一些公務(wù)員長期處于醫(yī)學界所定義的“第三種狀態(tài)”——沒病但又不健康的狀態(tài),從而使他們不能在工作中充分發(fā)揮潛力和積極性,不能發(fā)現(xiàn)并享受生活和工作中的樂趣,不能以充沛的精力和飽滿的熱情應(yīng)對自身的工作。在對L縣公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力的調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),,L縣公務(wù)員承受著較重的職業(yè)壓力。因此,對L縣公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力的研究有利于提高L縣公務(wù)員的職業(yè)壓力應(yīng)對能力,有利于保證L縣公務(wù)員的工作效率和身心健康,進而提高L縣政府的管理水平和整體效能。 本文共分為五個部分。第一部分,緒論。在這部分中,首先介紹了論文選題的背景和該選題的國內(nèi)外研究狀況,闡述研究的意義。之后,介紹本文研究的具體思路,所采用的研究方法,以及本文研究可能存在的創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分,基本概念界定和理論基礎(chǔ)。歸納總結(jié)得出本文研究涉及到三個基本概念,并介紹羅賓斯的壓力源理論,作為本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分,L縣公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力現(xiàn)狀與影響。通過問卷調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出L縣公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力程度和影響因素,綜合分析職業(yè)壓力對公務(wù)員的積極和消極影響。第四部分,L縣公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力來源分析。結(jié)合壓力源理論,從環(huán)境、組織和個人三個層面全面分析L縣公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力源自何處。第五部分,L縣公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力緩解策略。切實結(jié)合理論和具體壓力來源,從環(huán)境、組織和個人三個層面提出緩解公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力的對策,這對于緩解L縣公務(wù)員的職業(yè)壓力具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 通過本研究,希望能彌補關(guān)于縣級公務(wù)員群體職業(yè)壓力研究的欠缺,為縣級公務(wù)員提供行之有效的職業(yè)壓力緩解策略。但由于研究條件限制和本人能力有限,本研究還存在著一些不足之處,有待于日后繼續(xù)深入的研究。同時本文提出的職業(yè)壓力緩解策略的實際效果也有待于在日后實踐中得以檢驗和證明。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in a period of transition, and the economy, society and other aspects are developing rapidly. Many relevant investigations and studies show that civil servants, as the main body of dealing with social and public management affairs, are more and more facing great professional pressure. Some civil servants often feel physically and mentally tired and have a sense of job burnout. There are also often some civil servants who have been in the "third state" defined by the medical profession for a long time, which is not sick but unhealthy, so that they can not give full play to their potential and enthusiasm in their work, can not find and enjoy the fun of life and work, and can not deal with their own work with abundant energy and enthusiasm. In the investigation of occupational stress of civil servants in L county, it is found that civil servants in L county bear heavy occupational pressure. Therefore, the study of occupational stress of L county civil servants is helpful to improve the occupational stress coping ability of L county civil servants, to ensure the working efficiency and physical and mental health of L county civil servants, and then to improve the management level and overall efficiency of L county government. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. In this part, the background of the topic and the research status at home and abroad are introduced, and the significance of the research is expounded. After that, this paper introduces the specific ideas of this study, the research methods used, as well as the possible innovations of this study. The second part, the definition of basic concepts and theoretical basis. It is concluded that there are three basic concepts involved in this study, and Robbins' stress source theory is introduced as the theoretical basis of this paper. The third part, the L county civil servant occupation pressure present situation and the influence. Through questionnaire survey and data analysis, the degree and influencing factors of occupational stress of civil servants in L county are obtained, and the positive and negative effects of occupational stress on civil servants are comprehensively analyzed. The fourth part, L county civil servants occupational stress source analysis. Combined with the theory of stress source, this paper analyzes the source of occupational stress of civil servants in L county from three aspects: environment, organization and individual. The fifth part, L county civil servants occupational stress relief strategy. Combined with theory and specific sources of pressure, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the professional stress of civil servants from three aspects: environment, organization and individual, which is of great practical significance to alleviate the professional stress of civil servants in L county. Through this study, I hope to make up for the lack of research on occupational stress of county-level civil servants, and provide effective strategies to alleviate occupational stress for county-level civil servants. However, due to the limitations of research conditions and my limited ability, there are still some shortcomings in this study, which need to be further studied in the future. At the same time, the practical effect of occupational stress relief strategy proposed in this paper needs to be tested and proved in future practice.
