【摘要】：本文歸納了我國圖書館治理模式演進(jìn)路徑,并通過分析推進(jìn)圖書館治理模式演進(jìn)的因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)圖書館治理模式的演進(jìn)是一個(gè)遵循"公眾文化權(quán)益訴求檢驗(yàn)"和"依賴社會(huì)環(huán)境"原則的被動(dòng)適應(yīng)性改變過程,具體的演進(jìn)過程則受到外部宏觀環(huán)境的"鎖定因素"與圖書館內(nèi)部的"倒逼因素"的雙重影響,并指出圖書館治理模式演進(jìn)路徑呈多元化趨勢(shì),以期為探尋適應(yīng)公共管理和公共服務(wù)變革大背景下的圖書館治理模式提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:This paper sums up the evolution path of library governance model in China, and analyzes the factors that promote the evolution of library governance model. It is found that the evolution of library governance model is a process of passive adaptive change following the principles of "public cultural rights and interests" and "reliance on social environment". The specific evolution process is influenced by the "lock factor" of the external macro environment and the "forced factor" within the library, and points out that the evolution path of the library governance mode is diversified. It is expected to provide some reference for the library governance model under the background of the reform of public management and public service.
