【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好。但同時(shí)沿線地區(qū)三股勢(shì)力長(zhǎng)期盤踞。隨著中國(guó)海外企業(yè)投資不斷擴(kuò)大,其面臨的安全需求也陡然上升。傳統(tǒng)的國(guó)家安全力量在關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻能夠擔(dān)負(fù)緊急救援任務(wù),但常態(tài)化的安全供給仍顯不足。私營(yíng)安保公司等安全市場(chǎng)化的運(yùn)作,雖然面臨法律、裝備等問(wèn)題,但促進(jìn)安保供給市場(chǎng)化的健康發(fā)展在目前一段時(shí)間內(nèi)是解決常態(tài)化安全供給的選擇。除此以外,中國(guó)也需要依托"一帶一路"的發(fā)展平臺(tái),宣揚(yáng)"以發(fā)展促和平"的安全共同體理念,發(fā)揮區(qū)域的戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系,合作提供區(qū)域安全公共產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" initiative has a good momentum of development. But at the same time along the three forces along the long-standing. As China's overseas investment continues to expand, its security needs are also rising steeply. Traditional national security forces can undertake emergency rescue at critical times, but the regular security supply is still insufficient. Although private security companies and other security companies are facing the problems of law and equipment, the healthy development of security supply marketization is the choice to solve the problem of normal security supply for a period of time. In addition, China also needs to rely on Belt and Road's development platform, promote the concept of "promoting peace through development", give play to the regional strategic partnership, and cooperate to provide regional security public goods.
