【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,社會(huì)對(duì)物流業(yè)的需求日益增加,物流業(yè)如何能否滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展要求,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展也成為政府和物流企業(yè)的一個(gè)主要課題。在大連的物流業(yè)中,公路貨物運(yùn)輸量在貨物運(yùn)輸總量中所占比例一直是最大的。公路集裝箱運(yùn)輸、廂式化運(yùn)輸以及各類專項(xiàng)運(yùn)輸是近幾年大連市公路貨物運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的重點(diǎn),并且取得了一定的成績(jī),但是,公路零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的發(fā)展卻相對(duì)緩慢。 本文在道路貨物運(yùn)輸相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合了公路零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)奶攸c(diǎn),闡述了大連市公路零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)膶?shí)際情況,從零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸場(chǎng)站、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、企業(yè)基本情況、行業(yè)誠(chéng)信、資源整合及法律法規(guī)建設(shè)六方面分析了大連市公路零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸所存在的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)德國(guó)公路零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)及特點(diǎn)的描述,總結(jié)了公路零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的最重要的因素——資源整合。最后,以此為主要目標(biāo),借鑒德國(guó)公路零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),運(yùn)用公共管理相關(guān)理論,給出大連市公路零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸行業(yè)管理對(duì)策,引導(dǎo)大連市公路零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸向“統(tǒng)一大市場(chǎng)”發(fā)展,為大連市公路零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸行業(yè)管理提供一定的指導(dǎo)借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, the demand for logistics industry is increasing day by day. How to meet the requirements of economic development and promote economic development has become a major issue for the government and logistics enterprises. In the logistics industry of Dalian, road freight volume has been the largest in the total cargo transportation. In recent years, highway container transportation, van transport and all kinds of special transportation are the key points of the development of highway freight transportation in Dalian, and have made certain achievements. However, the development of highway freight transport industry is relatively slow. Based on the related theories of road freight transportation and combining the characteristics of highway cargoes transportation, this paper expounds the actual situation of highway cargoes transportation in Dalian, from the point of cargo-transport station, infrastructure construction and enterprise's basic situation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in Dalian highway cargoes transportation from the following six aspects: honesty, resource integration and the construction of laws and regulations. Based on the description of the development experience and characteristics of highway cargo-transport in Germany, this paper summarizes the most important factor in the development of highway cargo-the integration of resources. Finally, taking this as the main goal, drawing lessons from the development experience of German highway cargoes transportation, using the relevant theory of public management, this paper gives the management countermeasures of Dalian highway cargo-transport industry. To guide the development of Dalian highway cargoes transportation to "unified big market", and to provide some guidance and reference for Dalian highway cargoes transportation industry management.
