【摘要】：近年來,行政管理學(xué)研究已逐漸與政府管理實(shí)踐形成一種良性互動(dòng)。就整體而言,2011年度,行政管理學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域日趨細(xì)化,對(duì)一些重點(diǎn)問題研究不斷深入,與時(shí)代特征結(jié)合更加緊密,對(duì)國(guó)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)倍加關(guān)注,研究成果呈現(xiàn)豐富多樣,向具有中國(guó)特色的行政管理學(xué)體系構(gòu)建邁出了新的步伐。但是目前的研究仍然存在一些問題,在許多重要領(lǐng)域的研究上,目前還缺乏根本性的突破,特別是在對(duì)國(guó)外政府管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的研究方面,一般往往停留在介紹和引進(jìn)層面,缺乏深入的辨析,對(duì)于如何在堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主義制度前提下,真正有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)西方經(jīng)驗(yàn)與中國(guó)政府管理實(shí)踐的結(jié)合問題,目前還沒有得到很好的解決。在行政改革目標(biāo)模式的選擇方面,對(duì)國(guó)外新公共管理理論所強(qiáng)調(diào)的市場(chǎng)化、私有化取向強(qiáng)調(diào)得過多,對(duì)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家政府職能的目的及其特殊性有所忽視。這些問題的存在構(gòu)成了今后行政管理學(xué)學(xué)科研究需要進(jìn)一步努力的方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the study of administrative management has gradually formed a benign interaction with the practice of government management. On the whole, in 2011, the research field of administrative management is becoming more and more detailed, the research on some key issues is deepening, and it is more closely combined with the characteristics of the times, and the research trends abroad are paid more attention to, and the research results are rich and diverse. New steps have been taken towards the construction of administrative management system with Chinese characteristics. However, there are still some problems in the current research. In many important fields of research, there is still a lack of fundamental breakthroughs, especially in the research of foreign government management experience, which usually stays at the level of introduction and introduction. Lack of in-depth discrimination, how to adhere to the socialist system under the premise of the real and effective implementation of the Western experience and Chinese government management practice, the problem has not been well resolved. In the aspect of the choice of the target mode of administrative reform, too much emphasis is placed on the marketization and privatization orientation of the foreign new public management theory, which ignores the purpose and particularity of the government function of the socialist countries. The existence of these problems constitutes the direction of further research on the subject of administrative management in the future.
