摘要:
通過文獻資料法、教學(xué)實驗法及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法探討分層教學(xué)法在高校健美操公共課教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用;將學(xué)生分成不同的教學(xué)組別,確立適宜的目標(biāo),提出基于因材施教的分層教學(xué)法,有助于促進學(xué)生交流及熟練掌握動作,提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性、自主性,提高不同層次學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì),有利于教學(xué)效果和教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高。
Abstract:
Through the method of literature study,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,application of stratified teaching method of aerobics public course teaching in colleges and universities is discussed.It divides students into different teaching groups,sets appropriate goals,and puts forward stratified teaching method according to students’aptitude,which promote the communication of students and skills movements,improve students'learning motivation and independence,and enhance students'physical quality.And it also benefits the improvement of the teaching effect and quality.
