【摘要】：新公共管理理論視角下,加強(qiáng)公民參與性是提高政府績(jī)效管理水平的關(guān)鍵措施。在簡(jiǎn)單介紹績(jī)效和政府績(jī)效管理、政府績(jī)效管理理論基礎(chǔ)—新公共管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理公民參與政府績(jī)效管理中存在的問題,進(jìn)而從績(jī)效計(jì)劃階段、績(jī)效實(shí)施階段、績(jī)效評(píng)估階段,論述如何構(gòu)建公民參與政府績(jī)效管理的有效機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of new public management theory, strengthening citizen participation is the key measure to improve the level of government performance management. Based on the brief introduction of performance and government performance management and the theory of government performance management, the new public management theory, this paper combs the problems of citizen participation in government performance management, and then from the performance planning stage. In the implementation stage and performance evaluation stage, this paper discusses how to build effective mechanisms for citizen participation in government performance management.
