【摘要】：高水平研究生教育是世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科的突出特征,是推進(jìn)"雙一流"建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容。"雙一流"建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略部署的推進(jìn),對高校研究生教育改革的深化和轉(zhuǎn)型提出了新的更高要求。結(jié)合當(dāng)前國內(nèi)公共管理學(xué)科來看,研究生教育存在培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)模糊、資源配置僵化、培養(yǎng)體系趨同、質(zhì)量保障弱化等問題。面向國家推進(jìn)"雙一流"建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),高校必須從培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)體系、學(xué)科資源、質(zhì)量保障、教育評估五個維度進(jìn)行研究生教育綜合改革,培養(yǎng)一批高層次復(fù)合型人才。
[Abstract]:High-level graduate education is a prominent feature of the world-class universities and disciplines, and an important part of promoting the construction of "double-class". " The promotion of double-class construction strategy has put forward new and higher requirements for the deepening and transformation of graduate education reform in colleges and universities. From the point of view of the current domestic public management discipline, there are some problems in graduate education, such as vague training objectives, rigid allocation of resources, convergence of training system, weakening of quality assurance, and so on. In order to promote the strategic goal of "double first-class" construction, colleges and universities must carry out comprehensive reform of graduate education from five dimensions: training goal, teaching system, subject resources, quality assurance and education evaluation, and cultivate a group of high-level and complex talents.
