【摘要】：服務(wù)型工會(huì)是與社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)相適應(yīng)的一種全新工會(huì)工作模式。建設(shè)服務(wù)型工會(huì)是黨中央對(duì)工會(huì)組織發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略定位,是工會(huì)本質(zhì)屬性的必然要求�；谥袊�(huì)改革與西方政府改革運(yùn)動(dòng)的某種契合,新公共管理對(duì)我國服務(wù)型工會(huì)建設(shè)具有一定的借鑒意義。當(dāng)前,我國服務(wù)型工會(huì)建設(shè)還面臨諸多問題,其深刻根源潛藏于工會(huì)自身體制機(jī)制層面�；谛鹿补芾硪暯呛蛯幉ㄊ泻Ｊ飬^(qū)工會(huì)工作的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐,服務(wù)型工會(huì)建設(shè)應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持職工主體地位,強(qiáng)化工會(huì)服務(wù)意識(shí);堅(jiān)持社會(huì)化運(yùn)作,提高工會(huì)公共服務(wù)效能;堅(jiān)持改革創(chuàng)新,健全工會(huì)服務(wù)體系;堅(jiān)持專業(yè)化方向,提高工會(huì)干部服務(wù)能力和水平。
[Abstract]:Service-oriented trade union is a new trade union work mode adapted to socialist market economy. The construction of service-type trade union is the strategic orientation of the Party Central Committee for the development of the trade union organization and the inevitable requirement of the essential attribute of the trade union. Based on the agreement between China's trade union reform and the western government's reform movement, the new public management has certain referential significance for the construction of the service-oriented trade union in our country. At present, China's service-oriented trade union construction also faces many problems, its profound root lies in the trade union's own system mechanism level. Based on the perspective of new public management and the innovative practice of trade union work in Haishu District of Ningbo City, the construction of service-oriented trade union should insist on the main status of workers, strengthen the service consciousness of trade union, insist on socialized operation, and improve the efficiency of public service of trade union. Adhere to reform and innovation, improve the service system of trade unions, adhere to the direction of specialization, improve the ability and level of service of trade union cadres.
