【摘要】：服務型政府建設作為當前我國實現(xiàn)社會主義政治、經(jīng)濟、文化建設的重要政治前提,其在我國具體的歷史進程中所發(fā)揮的作用不容小覷。然而,就當前形勢而言,在我國眾多鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府當中卻普遍存在基層財政困難、公共管理與公共服務沒有實際性保障的根本問題。而本文便是主要著力于探討目前我國鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府的行政管理體制,以期能在發(fā)現(xiàn)問題的同時推動問題的解決,從而為我國鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府行政管理體制的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展添磚加瓦。
[Abstract]:The construction of service-oriented government, as an important political prerequisite for the realization of socialist politics, economy and culture construction in our country, plays an important role in the concrete historical process of our country. However, as far as the current situation is concerned, there are many basic problems in our country, such as the financial difficulties at the grass-roots level and the lack of practical guarantee for public management and public services. This paper focuses on the present administrative system of the township government in China, in order to find the problem and promote the solution of the problem, thus contributing to the innovation and development of the administrative system of the township government in our country.
