[Abstract]:From December 8 to 9, 2012, the Tianjin Municipal Committee of Urban and Rural Planning and Construction, the Aging Love Public Welfare Foundation, and the NGO Institute of Public Administration School, Tsinghua University, The third International Symposium on the theme of Public Welfare and the International Conference on Social Enterprises in East Asia, jointly sponsored by the Minde Public Welfare Research Center, was held in Tianjin.
