突發(fā)事件誘發(fā)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)抱怨主題的影響力度量方法研究

【摘要】:在社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)上,針對(duì)公共政策制定與實(shí)施問題的網(wǎng)民抱怨聲音越來越多,這些聲音經(jīng)平臺(tái)的信息聚集、頻繁互動(dòng)、口碑傳播和情緒共振以后,爆發(fā)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)抱怨輿情給公共管理決策帶來困難和挑戰(zhàn)。中國(guó)正處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,各種問題和矛盾較多,偶然突發(fā)的事件能激起網(wǎng)民的群體抱怨情緒,誘發(fā)社會(huì)情緒的共振產(chǎn)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情,危害社會(huì)安全和穩(wěn)定。本文在分析突發(fā)事件誘發(fā)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)抱怨主題影響力影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,首先構(gòu)建了抱怨信息文本信息質(zhì)量、傳播時(shí)效、交互程度和突發(fā)事件引起的情緒共振程度四維指標(biāo)體系,然后運(yùn)用信息熵方法,構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)上群體抱怨主題影響力動(dòng)態(tài)度量模型,并采用微博數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證了該度量模型的合理性和有效性。實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí)該度量方法可有效地解決網(wǎng)上群體抱怨在受到突發(fā)事件信息的刺激,通過頻繁互動(dòng)抱怨話題信息,從而導(dǎo)致社會(huì)情緒共振下的抱怨信息影響力測(cè)量問題,該方法可以幫助公共政策決策者聆聽網(wǎng)上群體抱怨聲音,實(shí)時(shí)了解和掌握社情民意,從而為公共政策的制定和實(shí)施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)和實(shí)用方法。
[Abstract]:On the social network platform, netizens who aim at the problem of making and implementing public policies complain that there are more and more voices, which are gathered through the platform's information, interact frequently, spread word of mouth and resonate with emotion. The outburst network complains the public opinion to bring the difficulty and the challenge to the public management decision. China is in the period of social transformation. There are many problems and contradictions. Accidental and unexpected events can arouse the moods of Internet users, arouse the resonance of social emotions and generate network public opinion, which endanger social security and stability. On the basis of analyzing the influential factors of the theme of network complaint induced by unexpected events, this paper first constructs a four-dimensional index system of information quality, communication time, interaction degree and emotional resonance caused by unexpected events. Then using the information entropy method, the dynamic measurement model of the influence of online group-complaining theme is constructed, and Weibo data is used to verify the rationality and validity of the model. The experimental results show that this method can effectively solve the problem of the influence measurement of complaint information under the resonance of social emotion through frequent interactive complaint topic information through the online group complaints stimulated by the information of unexpected events. This method can help the public policy makers to listen to the voice of online group-complaining, to understand and grasp the public opinion in real time, and to provide scientific basis and practical method for the formulation and implementation of public policy.
