【摘要】：馬克思認(rèn)為交往傳播是社會存在和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)要素之一。那么,如何看待交往傳播在社會政治發(fā)展中的作用?文章分析了歷史上發(fā)生的五次交往傳播變革與國家和民族建構(gòu)的關(guān)系。將口頭自然語言標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的書面語言使小規(guī)模國家及其公共管理成為可能;以馬載和水運(yùn)為代表的遠(yuǎn)距離交往通訊手段使大規(guī)模帝國的公共管理得以運(yùn)行;造紙和印刷術(shù)使廣大區(qū)域內(nèi)不同種族群的人們能夠進(jìn)行超時空的思想交流,為大規(guī)模民族文化和民族國家的形成提供了條件;機(jī)械電力交通通訊工具進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)了民族融合和國家統(tǒng)一�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)和全方位全球化對于現(xiàn)代國家的發(fā)展提供了新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。從傳播學(xué)視角,研究國家建構(gòu)和民族建構(gòu)的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),對于我們實(shí)現(xiàn)國家完全統(tǒng)一,建構(gòu)社會主義現(xiàn)代國家具有重大意義。在方法論上,文章使用一種新的建構(gòu)唯物主義歷史觀(constructionist materialism)。這種方法結(jié)合馬克思主義的歷史唯物主義和現(xiàn)代社會學(xué)的社會建構(gòu)主義(social constructionist),將人類社會和政治看作人類能動活動對于客觀物質(zhì)世界的建構(gòu)過程。社會政治建構(gòu)是人類的學(xué)習(xí)過程。先前的社會政治建構(gòu)制約以后的社會政治建構(gòu),在其中,傳播手段與主流國家觀念相互制約,從而,形成不同地區(qū)和國家社會政治發(fā)展的差異性。
[Abstract]:Marx believed that communication communication is one of the basic elements of social existence and development.So, how to treat the role of communication in the social and political development?This paper analyzes the relationship between the five communication and communication changes in history and the national construction.The standardization of spoken natural languages in written languages makes it possible for small countries and their public administration; the means of long-distance communication, represented by horse and water transport, enable the public administration of large-scale empires to operate;Papermaking and printing made it possible for people of different ethnic groups in various regions to exchange ideas beyond time and space, which provided conditions for the formation of large-scale national culture and nation-state.Mechanical, electric, transportation and communication tools have further promoted national integration and national unity.Internet and all-round globalization provide new opportunities and challenges for the development of modern countries.From the perspective of communication, it is of great significance to study the historical experience and lessons of national construction and national construction for us to realize the complete unification of our country and to construct a modern socialist country.In methodology, the article uses a new constructive materialist view of history.This method combines the historical materialism of Marxism with the social constructionistism of modern sociology and regards human society and politics as the process of constructing the objective material world by human dynamic activities.The construction of social politics is the learning process of human beings.The former social and political construction restricts the social and political construction, in which the means of communication and the mainstream concept of the state restrict each other, thus forming the differences of social and political development in different regions and countries.
