【摘要】：村莊精英與村莊權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)一直是農(nóng)村研究的熱點(diǎn)。以往研究認(rèn)為,后公社制度導(dǎo)致體制外精英的再次出現(xiàn),并與體制內(nèi)精英競爭權(quán)力,從而在整體上形成村莊二元權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)。蘇北L村莊案例顯示,隨著市場化的深入和政府政策的變化,村莊精英組織人特征趨于弱化,自利人特征趨于強(qiáng)化,他們從自我利益出發(fā)建立了精英利益網(wǎng)絡(luò),并以核心者為中心構(gòu)成主從二元結(jié)構(gòu)。村民的原子化和村莊關(guān)系的日益疏離是這一權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)運(yùn)行的條件。根據(jù)村莊經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)和宗族現(xiàn)狀的不同,又可將主從二元結(jié)構(gòu)模式分為行政主導(dǎo)型和操縱型兩類。
[Abstract]:The village elite and the village power structure have been the hot spot of the rural research all the time.Previous studies held that the post-commune system led to the re-emergence of the elites outside the system and competed with the elites in the system, thus forming the dual power structure of the village as a whole.The case of L village in northern Jiangsu shows that with the deepening of marketization and the change of government policy, the characteristics of village elite organizations tend to weaken, self-interest people tend to strengthen, and they set up elite interest network from their own interests.And take the core as the center to form the dualistic structure of the principal and subordinate.The atomization of villagers and the growing alienation of village relations are the conditions for the operation of this power structure.According to the difference of the village economic structure and the current situation of the clan, the dualistic structure of the principal and subordinate can be divided into two types: the administrative dominant and the manipulative.
