【摘要】:伴隨著計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展,以此為平臺而發(fā)展起來的多媒體技術(shù)與視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)得到了快速的發(fā)展,特別是近幾年,在公路領(lǐng)域越來越多的交通事故的發(fā)生,使得道路安全意識必須得到加強,視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)進入公路領(lǐng)域,隨著視頻監(jiān)控數(shù)量的不斷增加,視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在公路領(lǐng)域業(yè)務(wù)中應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,目前公路監(jiān)控已成為交通事故破案的一種有力的手段。近幾年,諸暨城市發(fā)展迅速,隨之而來的城市道路發(fā)展的速度非常快速,但是目前缺乏針對道路監(jiān)控的管理,使視頻監(jiān)控一直停留在手工階段操作,不能有效發(fā)揮公路的監(jiān)控的實際效率。本課題將通過分析諸暨市道路監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的個性需求,設(shè)計針對諸暨道路實際需求的各功能模塊,,并實現(xiàn)個性需求功能。 本文以數(shù)字視頻監(jiān)控為載體和開發(fā)對象,將J2EE技術(shù),流媒體技術(shù)、存儲技術(shù)、和GIS技術(shù)等進行研究分析,將各項技術(shù)進行融合。從諸暨市道路實際需求出發(fā),分析諸暨視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀、存在問題和組網(wǎng)需求,選擇符合分局實際的組網(wǎng)模式,并對諸暨市的動態(tài)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)需求進行詳細分析。 本文通過模塊化設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)諸暨市道路監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)功能,功能包括對數(shù)據(jù)庫存、設(shè)備管理、日常管理、公共管理等模塊進行詳細設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)視頻編碼和報警主機設(shè)備接入、遠程控制、設(shè)備自動檢測、監(jiān)控預(yù)覽、監(jiān)控回放、監(jiān)控下載及備份、機構(gòu)用戶設(shè)置、權(quán)限管理和用戶登錄管理等功能。另外,還增加了一些附加功能,比如GIS地圖整合,視頻監(jiān)控聯(lián)動機制等。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology, multimedia technology and video surveillance technology developed on this platform have been rapidly developed, especially in recent years, more and more traffic accidents occurred in the field of highway. The awareness of road safety must be strengthened, video surveillance technology into the highway field, with the increasing number of video surveillance, video surveillance system in the field of highway business is more and more widely used. At present, highway monitoring has become a powerful means to solve traffic accidents. In recent years, Zhuji city has developed rapidly, and the speed of urban road development has been very fast, but at present, there is a lack of management for road monitoring. Video surveillance has been kept in manual operation, which can not effectively bring into play the actual efficiency of highway monitoring. This subject will design the functional modules of Zhuji road monitoring system by analyzing the individual needs of the road monitoring system in Zhuji. And realizes the individuality demand function. This paper takes digital video surveillance as the carrier and development object, studies and analyzes J2EE technology, streaming media technology, storage technology and GIS technology, etc. This paper analyzes the current situation, problems and network requirements of the video surveillance system in Zhuji, and selects the networking mode which is in line with the actual situation of the bureau, and analyzes the requirements of the dynamic video surveillance system in Zhuji city in detail. In this paper, the function of Zhuji road monitoring system is realized through modularization design. The functions include the detailed design of data inventory, equipment management, daily management, public management and so on, and the realization of video coding and the access of alarm host equipment. Remote control, automatic device detection, monitoring preview, monitoring playback, monitoring download and backup, organization user settings, authority management and user login management, etc. In addition, some additional functions, such as GIS map integration, have been added. Video surveillance linkage mechanism and so on.
