【摘要】：上個(gè)世紀(jì)90年代當(dāng)智能小區(qū)的概念首次在國(guó)內(nèi)提出后,便得到了公眾的廣泛關(guān)注。但是,基于對(duì)技術(shù),投資及市場(chǎng)等方面因素的綜合考慮,現(xiàn)有智能小區(qū)很少可以做到真正的“智能”。主要表現(xiàn)為小區(qū)中存在多個(gè)管理子系統(tǒng),而又缺少一個(gè)公共的管理平臺(tái)對(duì)小區(qū)進(jìn)行高效的統(tǒng)籌管理。因此,本文提出了通過(guò)異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)整合技術(shù),將小區(qū)中已有的、獨(dú)立的子管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行集成。在保證對(duì)現(xiàn)有投資的充分利用前提下,建立一套高效實(shí)用的智能小區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)完成小區(qū)日常事務(wù)的管理。 智能小區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)集成的核心實(shí)質(zhì)上是異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的集成,而日益成熟的XML和Java技術(shù)為異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)集成提供了一條可行的方案。因此在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)集成方面,本文采用以XML文檔作為數(shù)據(jù)的組織形式,使用Java完成對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的操作,建立一套B/S體系結(jié)構(gòu)的智能小區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)。 與傳統(tǒng)的B/S體系結(jié)構(gòu)相比,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的處理,該設(shè)計(jì)在原有的三層構(gòu)架的基礎(chǔ)上加入了一個(gè)由元數(shù)據(jù)、分解合并器和查詢器組成的中間層,通過(guò)該中間層用戶可以與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)層進(jìn)行很好的無(wú)縫連接以及對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行透明訪問(wèn)。 通過(guò)論證,該系統(tǒng)可以有效的完成對(duì)異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的各種操作,達(dá)到智能小區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)于應(yīng)用的需求。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的集成,使得智能小區(qū)朝著“智能”目標(biāo)又邁近了一步。
[Abstract]:In -10s, when the concept of intelligent community was first put forward in China, it got wide public attention. However, based on the comprehensive consideration of technology, investment and market, etc. The existing intelligent community can rarely achieve true "intelligence". The main performance is that there are many management subsystems in the community, and there is a lack of a common management platform to efficiently manage the community. In this paper, the integration technology of heterogeneous database is proposed to integrate the existing, independent sub-management system in the community to ensure the full use of the existing investment. Set up a set of efficient and practical intelligent district management system to complete the daily affairs management. The core of intelligent community management system integration is the integration of heterogeneous databases. The increasingly mature technology of XML and Java provides a feasible solution for heterogeneous database integration. Therefore, in the aspect of database integration, this paper uses XML document as the organization of data. Java is used to complete the operation of the data, and a set of intelligent community management system with B / S architecture is established. Compared with the traditional B / S architecture, in order to deal with the heterogeneous database, the design adds a middle layer composed of metadata, decomposer and query on the basis of the original three-tier architecture. Through this middle layer, users can connect seamlessly to the database layer and make transparent access to the database. Through demonstration, the system can effectively complete all kinds of operations to the heterogeneous database, to achieve the intelligent community management system for the application needs, through the integration of the system. Make intelligent community toward the "intelligent" goal to take a step closer.
