【摘要】：大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新有利于培育發(fā)展新動能,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)型,對我國推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)提質(zhì)增效、緩解就業(yè)風(fēng)險具有十分重要的意義。深入推進(jìn)大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新,持續(xù)釋放經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新動能,需要多措并舉,打造一個創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新主體充滿活力、創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新要素齊備、創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系完善、具備良好寬松發(fā)展環(huán)境的"雙創(chuàng)"生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation is conducive to the cultivation of new momentum of development, to achieve the transformation of economic development, to promote innovation drive, to achieve economic quality and efficiency. It is very important to mitigate the employment risk. To promote mass entrepreneurship, innovation and sustained release of new momentum of economic development, we need to do more to create an innovative subject full of vitality. Entrepreneurial innovation elements are complete, entrepreneurial service system is perfect, with a good relaxed development environment of the "double creation" ecosystem.
