【摘要】：黨的十八大指出，創(chuàng)新社會治理，必須著眼于維護(hù)最廣大人民的根本利益，最大限度增加和諧因素，增強(qiáng)社會發(fā)展活力，提高社會治理水平，維護(hù)國家安全，確保人民安居樂業(yè)、社會安定有序。對于公共危機(jī)的處理是體現(xiàn)社會治理水平的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)尺。近些年來,大眾傳媒在人們的生活中發(fā)揮了越來越大的作用,在突發(fā)公共危機(jī)中，面對多元化的信息傳播渠道，大眾傳媒首當(dāng)其沖的使命就是及時(shí)和有針對性地發(fā)布政府提供的正確信息、說明實(shí)情，牢牢把握危機(jī)傳播的主動權(quán)，為構(gòu)建和諧社會起到保障社會穩(wěn)定、安定民心的“安全閥”和“穩(wěn)壓器”的作用。同時(shí)，關(guān)于新聞價(jià)值與新聞倫理的討論也從未停止，帶給業(yè)界與學(xué)界許多思考。這篇論文以大眾媒體為研究對象，在對我國公共危機(jī)傳播的歷史回顧與現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上，深入分析探討了當(dāng)前我國大眾傳媒的公共危機(jī)報(bào)道的角色特點(diǎn)及其作用以及公共危機(jī)中大眾傳媒角色扮演錯(cuò)位的原因，哪些因素影響媒體對公共危機(jī)的報(bào)道，，并提出了公共危機(jī)中大眾傳媒角色適當(dāng)適時(shí)扮演的對策，希望本文的研究能對我國今后的公共危機(jī)新聞報(bào)道提供一些借鑒，從而減少公共管理的不必要成本和損耗，抵制謠言，形成社會合力、張揚(yáng)民族精神、弘揚(yáng)科學(xué)態(tài)度，促進(jìn)社會和諧。
[Abstract]:The 18 Party Congress pointed out that to innovate social governance, we must focus on safeguarding the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people, maximize harmonious factors, enhance the vitality of social development, improve the level of social governance, and safeguard national security. In recent years, mass media have played a more and more important role in people's life. In the sudden public crisis, in the face of diversified channels of information dissemination, the first mission of mass media is to timely and pertinently release the correct information provided by the government to explain the facts. Firmly grasp the initiative of crisis transmission, for the construction of a harmonious society to play a social stability, stability of the people's heart of the "safety valve" and "voltage regulator." at the same time. The discussion on the value of news and the ethics of news has never stopped and brought many thoughts to the industry and academic circles. This paper focuses on the mass media as the object of study. On the basis of the historical review and analysis of the current situation of public crisis communication in China. This paper deeply analyzes the role of the mass media in the public crisis reporting in China and its role, the causes of the mismatch of the mass media role in the public crisis, and the factors that affect the media reporting on the public crisis. And put forward the public crisis in the role of the mass media to play the appropriate timely countermeasures, hope that this study can provide some reference for our future public crisis news reports. In order to reduce the unnecessary cost and loss of public administration, resist rumors, form social cooperation, promote national spirit, carry forward scientific attitude and promote social harmony.
