【摘要】：目前國際上公共管理研究已進入多元方法論階段,但是中國大陸關于公共管理研究方法的探討卻存在以下問題:公共管理研究方法單一,無法回應公共管理實踐領域的多樣性;程序性方法與實質性方法之間存在鴻溝;公共管理學術研究、實務和咨詢脫節(jié);公共管理方法的學術關注度失衡;公共管理知識生產缺乏合理的標準和規(guī)范等。從公共管理問題類型學入手,將問題作為公共管理研究方法體系的"公約數",建立以公共管理問題類型學為基礎的研究方法體系是克服上述問題,推動公共管理研究走向繁榮的有效方法論路徑。
[Abstract]:At present, the study of public administration has entered the stage of multi-methodology, but the research on the research method of public management in mainland China has the following problems: the research method of public management is single. Failure to respond to the diversity of public management practices; There is a gap between procedural and substantive approaches; Academic research on public administration, disconnection between practice and consultation; The imbalance of academic attention in public management methods; The production of public management knowledge is lack of reasonable standards and norms. Starting with the typology of public management problems, the problem is regarded as the "common divisor" of the research method system of public management. The establishment of a research method system based on the typology of public management problems is an effective methodological path to overcome the above problems and promote the development of public management research towards prosperity.
