【摘要】：建設(shè)服務(wù)型政府,是政府管理模式演變的方向,是政府的合理選擇。各級政府要建立"公眾參與型"的政策制定程序,加強(qiáng)政策執(zhí)行的監(jiān)督力度,建立科學(xué)的政策評估評價(jià)機(jī)制,優(yōu)化并公開各個政府部門的工作流程,強(qiáng)化公共服務(wù)職能。
[Abstract]:The construction of service-oriented government is the direction of the evolution of the government management model and the reasonable choice of the government. Governments at all levels should establish a policy making procedure of "public participation" and strengthen the supervision of policy implementation. Establish a scientific policy evaluation and evaluation mechanism, optimize and open the workflow of various government departments, and strengthen the public service function.
