【摘要】：現(xiàn)代CBD是城市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的一種高效的空間組織形式。由于現(xiàn)代CBD開發(fā)建設(shè)的長周期性和空間的高度外部性,其空間開發(fā)與運營的政府管理模式需要應(yīng)對不同階段市場經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境。本文通過對現(xiàn)代CBD空間開發(fā)與運營的政府管理特征進(jìn)行總結(jié),分析由政府派出的CBD公共管理機(jī)構(gòu)如何針對市場經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下CBD空間開發(fā)與運營的階段性,制定相應(yīng)的管理策略,以及協(xié)調(diào)與各級政府及其他利益群體之間的關(guān)系,為CBD的空間高效開發(fā)和可持續(xù)運營提供參考路徑。
[Abstract]:Modern CBD is an efficient spatial organization for the development of urban modern service industry. Due to the long periodicity and high spatial externality of modern CBD development and construction. The government management mode of its space development and operation needs to deal with the market economy environment of different stages. This paper summarizes the government management characteristics of modern CBD space development and operation. This paper analyzes how the CBD public administration agency dispatched by the government aims at the stage of the development and operation of CBD space under the market economy environment, and formulates the corresponding management strategy. And coordinate the relationship with all levels of government and other interest groups to provide a reference for the efficient development and sustainable operation of CBD space.
