【摘要】：2014年《辦公自動(dòng)化》雜志聯(lián)合北京大學(xué)移動(dòng)政務(wù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室推出"創(chuàng)新2.0與智慧生態(tài)城市"專欄以來(lái)已出版了十三期,并持續(xù)關(guān)注了國(guó)內(nèi)創(chuàng)新2.0發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及智慧生態(tài)城市發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)。包括習(xí)近平總書(shū)記強(qiáng)調(diào)的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展"新常態(tài)",李克強(qiáng)總理為創(chuàng)客發(fā)展再"添柴"倡導(dǎo)大眾創(chuàng)新、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)業(yè),豐富了創(chuàng)新2.0時(shí)代群眾路線的內(nèi)涵。新春伊始,柴靜引爆社交媒體的"蒼穹之下"再次引發(fā)人們對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境及城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展關(guān)注,并推動(dòng)著創(chuàng)新2.0時(shí)代各方參與協(xié)作共治的合作民主新實(shí)踐。創(chuàng)新2.0時(shí)代的開(kāi)源創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)客威客、眾包眾籌、工業(yè)4.0等等,基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能、智能及其技術(shù)高度融合支撐下的顛覆性創(chuàng)新為我國(guó)邁向創(chuàng)新大國(guó)、智造強(qiáng)國(guó)帶來(lái)新啟示。值此羊年新春,顧舊望新,知識(shí)社會(huì)的創(chuàng)新2.0趨勢(shì)在2015年又將為政府、社會(huì)、企業(yè)、國(guó)家治理、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、智慧城市領(lǐng)域帶來(lái)什么樣的改變,哪些會(huì)成為這個(gè)領(lǐng)域的研究關(guān)注熱點(diǎn)?本期我們特邀清華大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院孟慶國(guó)教授、張楠副教授及北京大學(xué)移動(dòng)政務(wù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室宋剛博士結(jié)合創(chuàng)新2.0研究社群的討論以及本欄目去年的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,就2015年創(chuàng)新2.0十大研究熱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行展望和點(diǎn)評(píng)分析。
[Abstract]:Since 2014 < Office Automation Magazine of Peking University jointly launched the "2 Mobile E-government Laboratory Innovation and wisdom eco city" column has published thirteen period, and continue to focus on the hot 2 development trend of domestic innovation and wisdom eco city development. Including driving the development of the "new normal" emphasizes the general secretary Xi Jinping, Premier Li Keqiang as a guest the development of tianchai advocate public innovation, the entrepreneurial, enriching the connotation of innovation 2 era of the mass line. At the beginning of the Spring Festival, Jing Chai detonated social media "under the sky" again by people on the ecological environment and the sustainable development of the city, and promote a new practice of cooperative innovation 2 times democratic parties involved in collaborative governance. Open innovation 2 era, creating Witkey, Crowdsourcing crowdfunding, industry 4 and so on, based on the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, intelligent and highly integrated support technology Disruptive innovation of our country towards a creative nation, made the power to bring new inspiration. On the occasion of the year of the goat, Gu old look new, knowledge society, innovation 2 trend in 2015 and for the government, society, enterprise, national governance, industry development, the field of smart city to bring what kind of change, what will become the research focus of this field? We invited Professor Meng Qingguo Public Management School of Tsinghua University, associate professor Zhang Nan of Peking University and Dr. Song Gang to discuss with the mobile e-government laboratory 2 innovation research community and this column last year, relevant content, analysis and comment on the prospect of hot 2015 innovation 20.
