電化學反應(yīng)調(diào)控鈷酸鍶薄膜相變及其物理性質(zhì)變化

過渡金屬氧化物由于其獨特的電學、磁學特性和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景引起人們的廣泛關(guān)注并被研究了許多年。氧空位是氧化物中常見的一種缺陷,可以顯著地影響這些材料的結(jié)構(gòu)及性質(zhì),尤其是有序的氧空位。許多研究人員采用多種方法來調(diào)節(jié)氧化物中的氧空位以便調(diào)控其性質(zhì),如摻雜、退火處理、應(yīng)變調(diào)控、離子注入等。在本文中,我們提出了一種利用電化學反應(yīng)來調(diào)節(jié)SrCoO3-δ(SCO)中的氧含量及其相變的方法。本文的研究對象為SrCoO3-δ薄膜,SCO存在鈣鐵石相(BM-SCO)和鈣鈦礦相(P-SCO)兩種穩(wěn)定的相。其中鈣鐵石相的SCO為單斜結(jié)構(gòu),它的晶格常數(shù)為a=5.5739?、b=5.4697?、c=15.7450?,可以將它視為贗四方結(jié)構(gòu),這種結(jié)構(gòu)的晶格常數(shù)為at=3.905?和ct/2=3.936?。而鈣鈦礦相的SCO是立方結(jié)構(gòu),它的晶格常數(shù)為a=3.836?。根據(jù)文獻報道,鈣鐵石相SCO是一種反鐵磁的、絕緣的氧化物,而鈣鈦礦相SCO則是一種鐵磁的、金屬性的氧化物。選取SrTiO3(STO)作為襯底,S...
