保溫蓋對冷藏展示柜內(nèi)溫度分布的影響

【摘要】:為探究保溫蓋啟閉狀態(tài)對冷藏柜溫度場分布的影響,本文以海綿和500 g水組成的塑料包模擬冷藏食品并置于冷藏展示柜內(nèi)。采用T型熱電偶測量冷藏展示柜內(nèi)的溫度分布,并用ORIGIN軟件得到冷藏柜各層測點(diǎn)溫度分布和各層的溫差。基于此分析了保溫蓋啟閉狀態(tài)對冷藏柜內(nèi)溫度場分布規(guī)律的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)冷藏保溫蓋開啟時(shí)冷藏柜內(nèi)部頂層食品包溫度受影響最大,各層之間的溫度梯度變大,溫度集中在0℃左右。保溫蓋閉合時(shí)冷藏柜內(nèi)溫度集中在-1.5℃左右。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the influence of the opening and closing state of the heat preservation cover on the temperature field distribution of the freezer, a plastic package composed of sponge and 500 g water was used to simulate the refrigerated food and put it in the refrigerated display cabinet. The temperature distribution in the refrigerated display cabinet was measured by T-type thermocouple, and the temperature distribution and temperature difference of each layer of the freezer were obtained by ORIGIN software. Based on this, the influence of the opening and closing state of the heat preservation cover on the temperature field distribution in the freezer is analyzed. The results show that when the refrigerated heat preservation cover is opened, the temperature of the top layer of the freezer is the most affected, the temperature gradient between the layers becomes larger, and the temperature is concentrated at about 0 鈩,
